Bought bones wheels. Opened pack one wheel had huge holes in in it. Contacted parade to return did not hear back but suddenly got a refund of 2.99 against a £40 order which I did not ask for then when I said I wanted to return not partial refund they sent me t &c saying they will deduct money if I return as iv opened pack. AVOID at a cost this is dreadful customer service for a fault that is not the customer . I shall be attending the word round the skateparks I go too.

Be very careful about misinformation in product listings on this website. I was sold a 'pair' of Independent trucks and received confirmation clearly stating I had purchased a pair of trucks and the money was debited from my card. I was then advised by Parade that this had been incorrectly listed as a pair and the price was only for one truck. i was not offered the pair at the original agreed price, nor was I offered any discount that wasn't already available - despite the admission that this was their error. Absolutely terrible customer experience.

I bought a top from here. Swift despatch. Sadly it was huge. 43” for a medium as opposed to standard 40”. It would be good if fit/sizing was included on website to save the bother of returning. However they were quick to send be a feee returns label. I am awaiting the refund presently as dropped at Hermes dropoff yesterday.

No sheet of deck tape sent with board but clearly promised in description. Misled about shipping fees. Ordered in Canada but shipped from Houston. As a senior buying a gift for my grandson I'm truly unimpressed Time wounds all heels.

Leeches!!! Inflating costs and ripping skaters off! How do you think they pay themselves? Companies like this are killing skating and they are making false claims about shipping times during the pandemic which is gross. Shame on you!!!

Ordered a size 8 but I got a size 7.5, all is well just fits a little snug. Other than that they came in quick and were cheaper than I’ve seen elsewhere.

I had never heard of Parade... but I'm glad I know about it now. I like a lot of the more obscure skate brands, and spend a lot of time searching for product at skate shop and brand sites from around the country. Parade puts all the inventory onto one site and charges less for shipping. A single hat was gonna cost me 15 bucks in shipping buying direct from the brand. The same hat only cost 5 bucks with Parade, ordered on a Thursday, got it on Saturday. I don't often write reviews, but this really was a good experience, I'll be back for sure. -James

I’ve been dying to get this shirt for months but everyone I know was selling for 100s of dollars and I was really happy to find it in stock here. The shipping was quick and I’m really happy with my purchase

I am in the US & could not find the pro vans my daughter wanted for Christmas. I ordered from Parade, I was exceedingly pleased with the fast delivery of her shoes & she was overjoyed with them!

The service was fantastic, there was a small hiccup with my order but it was sorted out and delivered within 24 hours (supplier sent the wrong size) - quick and efficient service . Absolutely spot on with customer care - will shop again with these guys.

I ordered a deck and grip tape and have received the deck but still have no idea if the tape shipped because you did not give me a tracking number or will respond to my messages asking for it. Will not recommend this site to my friends.

It would’ve been a 5/5 but I’m disappointed that the board came in a box without any securing or cushioning. The graphic already had scratches when I took it out. I did however appreciate the magazine freebies and the online catalogue is very extensive

Two of my 3 items came very quickly (bearings and board) but I’m still waiting on my trucks which should be here in coming days. Also I like how you can get items from different shops all on one website

Amazing selection of product, real good idea for a website from Parade, my new set up looks gorgeous and all arrived in like 3 days with postage being cheap af. Will actually use this site again in the future for my skate needs. Much love ❤️
