It's not my first time shopping at MINI of South Atlanta , and as usual their service is great if you call in ,and if you use the online store it's very easy to find the right part , all and all a great site, great shopping experience .

I ordered parts for my Cooper S headlight and they arrived in 2 days. The right parts at the right price and shipped in a small box with good packing. I will use them again for my Mini parts.

I have an 06 mini cooper s convertible. I love doing business with Mini of south Atlanta instead of my local dealership. Your staff is very friendly and always make sure my order is correct. I must also say it is cheaper for my to buy parts for Mini of south Atlanta and have them shipped here to louisiana than buying local ( 40% savings. Thanks) will do more shopping here. You owe it to yourself to check out Mini of South Atlanta!!!!!!

I needed a 17” alloy rim for my 2013 Clubbie S and these guys got a NEW one to me within a few days at the same price I was looking at paying for a reconditioned. Will definitely be looking here first for any new parts for our Minis. Thank you for the great service and price.

I always order from Mini of South Atlanta because it's low price with other Dealer, fast shipping , and I never had wrong package or any thing like that ,also they offer all parts for BMW groub and Mini Cooper .

MINI of South Atlanta is probably the only site that has one of the lowest and reasonable prices for OEM parts out of any other site that i have been on. I highly recommend this site to my friends as well as anyone that owns a MINI and is looking for the best prices in parts.

I live in the Metro Orlando Florida area and the prices for dealer parts is 30-40% less at Mini of South Atlanta. I really enjoyed the experience in doing business with this dealer. I will most definitely purchase most if not all of my parts from them in the future. Thanks for the great service.

I could not get anyone to reply to any of my three emails to confirm that I was ordering the right part. When I did speak with people they referred me to go online to order my part. I wanted to get the repair done by the dealership that we purchased the car from originally. The day of the scheduled repair I had taken off work to drive the three and a half hours to the dealer. I called before I left to verify the part had arrived the day before as planned. It had and they shipped it via UPS to my house, which was nowhere in the plan. The order was marked for local pickup. There was no apology given. Just a statement of, "I guess we should do a better job at marking those". I would think so. I then emailed to state my dissatisfaction. No reply. I will never go to Mini of South Atlanta again if at all possible. I will not give them another dime of my money. I hope this is not how all service departments for Mini are run. By the way, we bought the car in December. Not the best first impression of the company.

I ordered my part over the internet and the4y started the follow up and kept the communication on going through the entire time, between order and receipt of part. Very nice to be kept in the loop.

Parcel arrived in good order, but took just under 5 weeks to get here.
Another order placed at the same time took only took 3 weeks?
Freight seemed slow, order was fine.

I was devastated when someone tore off the cover of my driver's side mirror - it was chrome and I imagined having to find an orange replacement at a local used parts facility. My heart leaped up in glee when I found the exact chrome cover at Mini of South Atlanta. The universe has a better disposition than I had expected of her.

7 days after item was ordered and my credit card was charged for the full amount, I contacted the seller because I had not received the item or a shipping notification. The seller said the item was not in stock and that it was no longer available. I inquired as to why I was not notified of this and why my credit card had not been refunded? The seller replied that the person in charge of this was out.

I ordered a couple small parts online for my Mini Cooper. After placing the order, I realized that the mounting clips may not be included. When I called to inquire, they pulled the part of the shelf to describe it to me (the clips were in fact included).

The parts arrived just as expected and installed just as described. Excellent parts service!

And their prices seem to be generally lower than my local dealer.

i like to buy form mini of south atlanta because they have giant experience for mini cooper part and they have the easiest way to found what you looking for, and what im buying for mini of south atlanta its come the right part sometime i found high price they didn't give us discount to make us to buy anythings.
