Was able to be sure I was getting the correct part. With the large number of varations of the same part it is impossible to know if you are getting the right part. By being able to use Vin number you are assured of the correct part.

Ordered the part for My truck, after paying for it they contacted me and told me that I needed another part and wanted to confirm before they shipped both parts. If they had not of caught that I needed the other part I would have had down time on this repair. Very much appreciated it. Thanks

The parts team is on point! I ordered the wrong compressor by mistake and they caught it immediately. They emailed me, explaining what was going on. I emailed them back and in less than a minute they had fixed my order, processed my refund for the difference in price, and emailed me back to let me know everything was good to go. I won't buy parts from anywhere else!

Had a difficult time determining the speakers I needed to order using the website information. The images did not match the part number, Had to take apart my truck door panels to get the actual speaker part numbers. Please fix your images to align with the part numbers. BTW the image is wrong 95 % of the time across the internet not just your website. Specifically for the rear door speaker.

Ordered rear hatch glass guide rails for my 2006 Toyota Sequoia. Received complete order in less than a week. I have ordered parts from Olathe Toyota before and always found them to be a very reliable source.

Finally found the parts I need! I searched Google sites for over an hour before I found them on Olathe. I was beginning to wonder if i would be able to get them. They came today, so now I can change the oil without the hood crashing down on me.

Excellent service. I paid for FED EX delivery but it was sent by USPS. Customer service did a great job of getting the shipment here on time. The customer service person is a keeper. Hang on to him. RGS GUNS & AMMO

I had a local repair shop quote me $800 to fix my rear hatch in my Toyota Highlander. That was just too much so I contacted Olathe Toyota and found out the part was only $350 and pretty easy to do myself. However, we had a little misunderstanding and I ordered the wrong part. These guys sent me a call tag to ship it back no problem and refunded my money. I talked with them and identified the part I needed so all is good. Thank you Olathe Toyota for being patient with me and saving me a lot of money!

Only issue I have: Upon opening and unpacking items from Olathe Toyota, found that the packaging of one of the items (rear brake pads for 2010 Highlander) looked as if some one had taken the discarded box from the garbage, and put the parts in it to ship. When they arrived, they were no longer in their original box, they were loose in the shipping box. The original box could not be used to re-package the brake pads; with out using a lot of tape. The brake pads have some minor edge damage, but overall appear serviceable. All other items were in new/mint condition.

Not happy with the communication or the service, we had ordered twice, the first order got cancelled because the delivery address for our mechanic wasn't the same as the billing address on our credit card.
The second time we ordered we had gotten an Email a week later stating the order was complete and ready to be picked up.

Again our receipts clearly show that the airbag sensor, is to be delivered to our mechanic, also the delivery charge is on our receipt that clearly states this
item is to be delivered, what is the problem?. nobody calls it sits in Limbo with nothing done, We need this item ASAP.

Not Happy! this rating is because of bad service!.

I found Olathe Toyota Parts Center by doing a Google search. I almost ordered from another place until I saw a review stating that this other place took 8 days to ship an order. The pricing was very fair, the shipping charge was very fair and I received my order perfectly in just a few days. I saved about $50.00 by ordering through Toytoapartscenter.net and would defintely order from them again if necessary.
