Shopping and transactions are easy to complete and supports return shoppers. However, the quality of the item is poor and fails to project the expected image. However, I do plan to try again and that will be the determining factor for me to continue to be a satisfied patron. Wishing you continued success

Shopping on site was good, end satisfaction will be based upon if it arrives when it says it will. Update...received my order exactly when it said it would be here and very satisfied with the products we received.

So far so good, I'll see when I get my order. My order didn't arrive on time for the occasion n 3 of the bowls were cracked. I was very disappointed with the bowls n the delivery time of getting them a 7pm when the party was over.

The website worked well, but when I did not recognize the charge to my charge card, the web link brought me to an unsecure web link regarding industrial tools. This could be a charge card issue. I have corrected it with payment. Items were received as promised and on time. My only reason for 4 stars was the price was a little high for how the items were presented.

Fast ordering. Delivery took a little more time than expected; however, I knew that during these times, that it might be a little longer. I ordered well in advance of the event, so nothing was late. The picture exactly represents what the lamppost looks like, but I was a little disappointed in the thinness of the cardboard. I may have to apply stiffer backing to make it stand by itself. Overall, I'm pleased.
