1st class service once again with a smile and a very competitive price. My 4th year using Patons as my broker to get me the best deal for my taxi insurance. Thanks again Scott and the rest of the renewals team.

Was with you a good few years until renewal this year. My insurance premium went up over £500 for no reason. Every other quote from other companies were around £850 you wanted around £1350. Shame has I've been with you a good few years and could not fault your services. Ended up getting £807 in the end.

I have been with Patons for over 7years now and they have always been respectful,friendly, professional and answer all the questions to do with the insurance. I always recommend then to other Taxi drivers.

I repeatedly asked for my new quote and had to wait nearly a week for it. I also made my own enquiries and was quoted 500 pounds cheaper. Patons matched that from attillo whom i was already a client. I do not understand why i was not given a similar quote for the previous year. Anyway i hope that next year i am given the most competetive option for me .thankyou.

Been using Patons insurance for around 20yrs always get first class service and good prices they may not be the cheapest but the staff are 2nd to none

Happy with the service with the exception of sending my documents to the Insurance Company resulting in me receiving a letter advising that my cover would be cancelled in 7 days. I did receive a telephone call from your Office advising that there had been a delay with my documents but as this situation happened last year I feel that there may be an issue with this part of the process.

Second year with Paton's. Very efficient & well staffed with a big emphasis on tec which makes life a lot easier.

Excellent service from start to finish.Time was taken to explain the policy and all that it covered.Clearly explained what was required from me.Having been with my previous insurer foe 34 years it was much easier than i expected to change.Thank you.

Staff on the phone were unhelpful and refused to accept that the certificate needed there signature living me unable to work for 3 days. Until I went to the office to get the signature.

I have been a customer since 2017 and find the renewal procedure easy as it can be done over the phone in less than 20 minute's with there efficient staff

I would like to say I have never had a smoother and easier experience from star to finish. Application is so easy and user friendly to use.Up to date I haven’t come across any other insurance company as yet to use this style of ease to communicate from up loading documents to communicating via the app. 5*

Over three years with Patons, But this year renewal experience was stressful,
Broker Agent input vehicle make and model incorrectly, So I chase up via email and phone calls but agent was rude, not very professional,
