I was going to buy this television from a company from NY on the internet as they advertised a very good price. Well they did not have it in stock, there website said they did and when it still had not arrived after 2 weeks, I cancelled. A friend at work recommended I phone Pauls TV and I spoke to Shane. I got a great price and the TV was nicely unpacked in my house 2 days later at the time agreed.
The whole experience with Pauls TV has been great. Shane explained the procedure and kept in contact with delivery, extended warranty, etc.
I definitely will use them again for any purchases and I certainly recommend them.

I ordered a Panasonic 65" TCP65ZT60 from Paul's TV December 29 and was promised it delivered by January 4.

I was promised White Glove service and to be called 3 hours before delivery. The shipper Radiant used a third party Mobileair and these details were not passed on to them.

The box sat in storage for over 2 weeks because the shipper failed to call or update the tracking number on the product. Turned out it was delivered January 7 and over 2 weeks passed before I found out about it. Shipper just left the box and looked for someone to sign for the box, they did not allow anyone to unbox or inspect and certainly didn't care if I signed for it or not which I DID NOT.

I was very unhappy so I contacted Jarad my salesperson at Pauls's television I told him that I would not be able to inspect the television as I am now away and that I expect them to honor a return if any problem arises as they did not ship it with white glove service nor was it unboxed or inspected. He defiantly said no and said once the shipping company has left it is no longer their problem.

I return and unbox it today (January 29) from the warehouse
No damage to the box and the glass panel is smooth and pristine with no cracks however their are multiple cracks inside the panel clearly the result of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

I contact PaulsTV customer service this time and once again get given the run around, I was told to write an e-mail, they wouldn't give me a claim number and I was told I have to take numerous pictures of the panel front and back and the box. I start preparing this e-mail and take the pictures and 15 minutes later I am contacted by someone from PaulsTV who tells me my claim is denied, even before I have sent in the e-mail.

I ask them how I can ship the television back to them and they tell me that they will not accept a return and refuse to give me the shipping information.

Well $2799 USD for a television and before fully unboxing it or plugging it in for the first time I am already told by Paul's television they will not accept a return.

Further Panasonic will not accept a warranty replacement or exchange as the fact the television has not been unboxed yet means that it was damaged in shipping which they do not cover.

NOONE AT PAULSTV could care less about their CUSTOMERS or any AFTER SALES SERVICE.

I suggest to all of you to follow up any claims with BBB, Panasonic Head of Sales, Ripoffreport, yelp.com, Paypal and/or your credit card company.

I will give Paulstv a few days to resolve this dispute otherwise any and all legal remedies available to me will be exhausted.

I recently bought a 60 inch Samsung from Paul's. I did quite a bit of research before I decided where to buy it from and I ended up going with Paul's because of the reviews. I spoke with Omar on the phone and he was extremely helpful with my questions and my order. The tv arrived fairly quickly and it's absolutely gorgeous. About three weeks after I bought the tv I saw online that the price of the tv had dropped $100 so I contacted Omar and without question he initiated the refund of the $100 difference. I'll be using Paul's and referring any friends I know that are tv shopping to Paul's from now on.

I was helped by Albert Jun from Pauls TV when I was trying to buy a 50" LG plasma. I had many questions and doubts and Albert was very helpful and cleared all of them. I am very happy with the service and politeness of his customer relationship.

I recently bought a big screen from Paul's TV. The entire transaction was smooth from beginning to end. I didn't plan to buy the TV from them in the first place since I had my mind made up to buy off another retailer. I usually buy electronics from this other retailer and have a rewards card with them. I only called Paul's tv for pricing info. I spoke to Shane Johannessen, one of Paul's e-commerce consultants, and I have to admit, the man knows TVs. It was great to talk to somebody that understood what I was looking for. Not only was he able to beat the other retailers price by a big margin, he even helped me find the perfect TV stand for a great price.
He kept in constant contact with me throughout the process and even called me 3 weeks after my purchase to see how things were with the new set. The delivery of the TV was fast. They carried the TV to the second floor and unboxed it for me. I appreciate the phone call they made to my bank to verify the purchase in order to prevent fraudulent purchases. I am currently doing my homework on a surround sound system to accompany the 65" ZT60 I purchased. I will also be researching a smaller TV for my bedroom and a wall mount for said TV. Without a doubt I will be purchasing theae items from Paul's TV again with the help of Shane. I hope this review helps anybody trying to figure out where to buy their TV.

I bought 10 speakers, 8 came right away the other 2 came a few days later

when I opened the box I saw right away that the speakers have been used

upon contacting pauls tv they right away said they don't sell used and I should send them a picture,

i sent a picture and they said it looks new, how can this item be new when the wire was dirty and all tangled up and the speakers had clear signs of use,

they took back the item and charged a restocking fee and they didnt refund the shipping,

if you ship used stuff when advertised as new you should give a full refund....

im never going to buy from this store again .

please do yourself a favor and never buy from them EVER they will rip you off

My experience was extremely positive and probably the reason I ended up buying from Paul's TV was the help, consideration, and knowledge of Albert. It took us 2 days to complete a rather complex order. He called me back when he said he would, he followed up as he said he would and made this experience very easy for me. I will recommend him and Paul's TV to my friends and business associates.

I ordered a new Plasma TV along with a sound bar from Paul's TV over the MA sales tax weekend. I spoke with John Kim from the southern CA sales office and he was extremely helpful and courteous in placing my order. He even followed up a week later to make sure everything arrived on schedule and met my expectations. I couldn't be more pleased with the products or service provided by this company. Great job!

Paul's TV is a customer focused store , they are professionals in TV , I bought a 60 inch TV and shopped around before making a choice to go with them. Though we are in Texas the delivery was on time and the TV was as expected and they gave the best price. In the process of buying spoke to John , Jared and both of them were great , polite and responsive. They addressed all our concerns. John helped in making sure the delivery was quick and efficient.
Certainly worth and trustworthy.

I have been lied to by this company big time so please think twice before buying anything from Paul's TV. This company sold me a used TV that's being advertised brand new.

I bought a $2K TV from these guys few weeks ago and honestly the worse buying experience I have ever had to date from a local retailer. Delivery guys showed up with a beaten-up TV box. If I am not mistaken, their warehouse was just only 25-30 miles from home, so it can’t be this bad?

The original seal was breached as well. It raised a red flag right away.I was trying to reject delivery and instantly, one of the guys gave me a dirty look and he seemed very upset. He kept insisting it was brand new. I thought Paul’s TV is a respected retailer and in case something goes wrong they’d take care of the issue so I signed off papers and accepted delivery rather than dealing with an intimidating driver inside my home. I WAS WRONG.
I had made the driver to put a note on the paperwork that further inspection was needed since I was very suspicious of its condition. I WAS WRONG AGAIN, the "NOTE" didn't help at all.
The TV was indeed an open box/used not brand new as advertised. Bezel were scratched-up and protective wraps were missing. I demanded a replacement but they offered $150 for the scratches and obviously its current condition. I had to send them pictures so I get the compensation, pathetic.
It’s pretty much because I signed off the paperwork there’s nothing they could have done apart from compensation. Anyway, it was their goal not to take the TV back.
I could not believe because I used a coupon they'd have pulled a shameful and appalling M.O.like this.

I ordered a Panasonic TC-P55VT60 plasma TV from PaulsTV on Thursday Oct. 10th. It arrived looking showroom new on October 16th. The free white glove delivery was awesome. The driver insisted we unpack the TV and plug the unit in to make sure all was working ok. He had a full delivery checklist to complete. The price could not be beat from any other authorized dealer. A++ to PaulsTV for a flawless transaction from start to finish. Were watching the new TV as I type this...:)

I purchased an LG soundbar from Paul's TV and got it for about 40% the big box store price, along with free shipping. It was packed great, and was on my front step in about 48 hours. They communicated with me throughout the process, and followed-up to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Gotta give Paul's TV 10/5 for excellent service, prices and merchandise. Thanks!

I live in rural Wyoming bought a premium 60" TV from Paul's TV. In doing, so I put a lot of trust in Pauls TV and have no regrets for doing so. The telephone customer service was outstanding. The product arrived when promised and in perfect shape. I highly recommend ordering theough Pauls TV.

I ordered a tv directly from Pauls TV instead of Amazon, and was extremely satisfied with the customer service, and the speed of delivery. We were all surprised with how early the tv came, it was only about 5 business days when we were expecting 10 or more. Jarad Goldstein helped me with the order, and provided his personal contact information, which was very nice and not very common these days. Called Pauls's TV for some information during MA tax free weekend. Due to busy weekend her call was routed to CA. Talked to Jon Kim.
Told him I just wanted info and would not buy something as expensive as a Smart TV over the phone. After talking with Jon for a while I grew more comfortable. He was easy to talk with, not pushy and not trying to over sell me. I was so at ease I bought my TV and 2 sound bars. Very very happy with the whole experience.

I recently purchased the Samsung UN65F8000 from Paul's TV. I worked with Shane online. I received the TV in perfect condition very quickly just as described. I was a little anxious to make a purchase of this size online. However Pauls made the whole process easy. I would buy from them again without hesitation. If you are considering a purchase from Pauls, my advice would be to relax and do it.
