We have now being using Paymentshield for the last 6 months and have been thoroughly impressed with the way they work. The insurance quotes are competitive, they provide a high level of cover and our clients are happy to be recommended insurance companies who they know and trust. Thank you for also providing a high level of broker support.

Instead of renewing my policy for a further 12 months you managed to cancel it. This was discovered when I enquired as to why you hadn't taken the relevant payment from my account. You then had to open a new policy for me for which the new premium was £111 more expensive for the same cover. You agreed to reimburse me for the difference, which you said you completed on 15th Oct, but which has not reached my account. On enquiry I was told that this was due to an IT malfunction. The new policy commenced on 8th Oct and it is now 29th Oct; the premium I am now informed will be deducted on the 7th Nov, and the reimbursement of the additional premium will hopefully be effected before then.

With taking out my first home insurance just makes me feel even more safe as I’m a first time home owner.

Paymentshield were more cost effective compared to my existing insurer, offering the same 5 star benefits. My financial adviser did wonderfully in comparing the products, providing all the information I required to make my decision and answering all my questions with certainty, professionalism and bespoke to my needs. My financial adviser once more has recommended and set up a great product in his usual world class customer service manner, please pass on my deepest gratitude and thanks to him.

Had not made a claim in year then when i needed to they would not pay out fully because how the house was built 100 years ago, i did not even try claiming contents loss.
Only reason i did not change providers was my renewal landed while i was on holiday and going through a job change so could not find time to search.

I had to unfortunately make a claim within the first few months of switching to payment shield and they paid the full quote the builder gave them straight into my account after a short time after me sending them photos of the damaged areas and answering questions they had, I'm staying with them for this reason and the payments are not too bad, couldn't ask for more .

Very helpful lady working from her home under these difficult circumstances of covid 19. She was very good at being understanding how my lockdown brain had caused me to cancel a payment that should have been made! We sorted it out thankfully.

I have been with Paymentshield for a number of years. When my policy is due to be renewed I always receive my reminder in plenty of time. My premium is good for the cover I have and would not consider moving companies

After being a customer for 5 years and never once claimed. When renewal came in at start of covid-19 i phoned to see if there was anyway to check price as it had gone up another £5/6 a month a flat no!!!!

I was told I didn’t have emergency care when I had a leak, this took all evening to sort out which I had to pay for before they would send someone out. The next claim was another nightmare this was investigated, Expensive.
Things that could be better more understanding and consider older and disabled persons when taking information I was left with a wet ceiling and marked ceiling due to not been able to take and send photographs, maybe you should send assessor out to look at the damage.

this service came about through a tele sales for ppi they put me throgh to your sales for home insurance having completed his pitch i decided to go for the scheme he wanted bank details having only just been passed on to him i wanted time to check you out after a short discussion he reluctantly agreed 48 hrs later i comleted the deal as of today i have not heard from the original pitch for ppi ?

I have been with this company for about 5 years now and find them to be fair with thier pricing and also give the amount of cover i require as in new for old cover away from home etc.
