I got this necklace as a gift. As I wear my real gold jewelry day to day, I only wore their letter necklace maybe a dozen times (or even less) on special occasions. Not once have I bathed with it, sprayed it with perfume... The necklace turned rose gold, and 50% of it turned BLACK/blue, I also lost 3 gems. Their customer service is horrible and their 2-year warranty is absolute bull!

Had an issue with my order and lovely Sars helped me to get it sorted. I was literally freaking out but she kept on writing me and fixed the issue. Great customer service!

Horrible experience! Horrible service! Horrible communication!
They’re just really bad, wouldn’t recommend buying anything there, they literally didn’t ship my order after holding on to it for a month and UNTIL I wrote to customer service they cared to tell me that it was because 2 of my 3 products were out of stock, so they offered me a cancellation with my money back I agreed and they didn’t respond again for about a week I wrote to them again and told me they wouldn’t give me my money back. DON’T BUY THERE.

I ordered a piece for my girlfriend's birthday. Her birthday was on May 1st, I ordered it on April 18th.
It is now May 15th and they do not take responsibility for the order, they stopped giving me feedback on it, completely ignoring my requests, but before that, when I raised the concern of it not being delivered in time for the birthday they said that not to worry because the delivery would be max on May 8th. Her birthday was on the 1st.
Worst of all, they state that the order has been shipped on the 7th of May but the delivery company states that they there is an issue with the order and that I should talk with Pdpaola. Which I tried, but got no reply.
If you are thinking about buying here, first you may want to check "Andywen" on aliexpress, it may surprise you.
I'm utterly disgusted with this experience.
All her other gifts got there way before the 1st.

Edit:
It has arrived on the 18th of May, one month after the purchase. The packaging was cute, but the service is still the worst I have faced so far

I love the brand, the design and the story behind. I am happy to support new projects with this level of creativity, design and quality. I strongly recommend their jewels if you want say something special to anyone or to yourself, just because you deserve it ❤️

Don’t waste your time or money! I placed an order on the 12th of April 2020 for an item which was in stock. I have still not received any replies to my emails or my package. It’s now the 15th of May and I am yet to hear something. The customer service is disgusting and I have asked for a refund 7 times now and have only been sent one email after sending about 15 emails.. saying that I will my package will be shipped soon. It’s not worth the money or time!!

I ordered a few items in mid April and received the incorrect order. I notified the customer service team from PDPAOLA over two weeks ago and have still not been given clear direction as to how to return the wrong items they sent, how to get the items I paid for almost a month ago and have no idea how to get in touch with anyone beyond the agent emailing me who does not seem to feel there is any reason to address in a timely manner. I understand mistakes happen and that's totally ok if the company can help take care of the situation but in this case that seems to be an impossible task. Will not be ordering from them again.

I live in London and bought a gift to be delivered in Brazil. I placed the order on 25th April 2020 and the order has still not been dispatched yet.
Their customer service has replied my first emails after one week only. They promised to dispatch it on Thursday 30th April, but the order has still not been dispatched.
They are not replying emails. There’s not contact number at all.
On their Instagram page there are lots of people complaining about the same issue.
I asked to cancel the order and get a refund but they keep insisting that they will dispatch it and send me an update.
I bought from this company through an advert on Instagram.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I placed my order on April 23rd. Ordered a neckless for my friend birthday on 30th. It is already May 8, and I have not received any message with tracking number. They sent me the message about slight delay due to covid-19, in my opinion, 2 weeks is not a slight delay!!!!!!!! The order total is $100.
DEAR P D PAOLA, if you read this, and you are not planning to send my package in a following days/week, I am asking you for refund. It is not funny anymore, seems like I was robbed...

I absolutely love the products and attention to presentation by P D PAOLA. I ordered one of their hoop earrings over a year ago and have picked up another few handfuls of pieces from them since. Even the packaging is a luxurious experience with occasional striking A5 prints tucked into the side of the packaging.

The unique and simple style sets them apart from other accessories available and can be worn on so many occasions both causally and formal.

Furthermore the patient and incredibly helpful service I received from their team over the last few weeks is worthy of acknowledgment. A pair of earrings I bought as a gift broke and have been replaced without hesitation all whilst coping with the difficulties of restrictions due to impact of the global pandemic.

My greatest thanks to the team at P D PAOLA for making such beautiful jewellery, presentation and providing such a kind reception every time.

If there was one-star option I will definitely go for that! I am afraid that all good reviews are fake!! Here is the thing: I have ordered twice in their online shop, and one was incompleted order, and another was never delivered to me yet! But the tracking information said it was delivered by my signature!! THE MOST IMPORTANT!! they barely replied my compliant emails even though I have lost 3 products in total!! Fraud enterprise!!! Be careful choosing this store!!
