The dress was beautiful just as pictured and of good quality.. my only negative was in the shipping. The dress was folded multiple times and places in a plastic bag for shipping. It was quite the wrinkled mess when it arrived. Given the option, I would of paid more to have it shipped nicely in a box.

When I called to order the dress for my daughter, the woman I talked to was AMAZING!! She was so polite and helpful!! The dress was delivered on the exact day I was told it would. I paid extra for a garment bag and when the dress came it wasn't included.....I called and they immediately apologized and explained that they were just incredibly busy and forgot and it would be sent right away. 4 days later it was delivered. Peaches is a wonderful place and we had a fantastic experience!!!

The dress was exactly as pictured and fits well. I appreciated the fast shipping even with coronavirus going on.

Peaches made sure I got my item on time, and everything looked and fit as expected!!

Lied about package value so was intercepted at border for suspicion!! Took over a week to get it released with high duty fees.

I purchased a gorgeous gown. It was as described, and came quickly.

I'm giving two stars because of the way it was packed for delivery. The experience at the store was great and they really try to help out out when you're trying the dresses. I understand because of the virus we could not pick up my dress but it was sent out on a box really squished and it ended up being really wrinkled..maybe try using a different box or bigger so it won't get so messed up.

My sales assistant was awesome. I thought your inventory could have had more variation. Your prices are extremely high! My mom was willing to spend the $500 plus alteration costs because it is my senior prom, but that has now been canceled due to Covid 19!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Do not shop here. Awful dressed, turned out NOTHING like the pictures, incredibly expensive, and they don't even give full refunds.

My dress came two days after I placed the order. I was very pleased with the speed of the delivery. However, when I did receive my dress, there was some wear on it. The sewed in tags were ripping off a little. But it isn’t going to be seen so I’m not worried

Great shopping experience, however the way they are handling this unprecedented COVID-19 situation is horrendous!!!!! I purchased my dress and I was told that they were going to order the beads and feathers that needed to be replaced from continuous being tried on. I was told I would be able to pick it up later that day. I got a call that evening stating that I would be able to pick up the dress later that week. Two weeks passed and I got another call stating that due to the
COVID-19 situation they were unable to get the beads from China; they stated they were having a hard time finding the beads however they were able to locate them on Etsy. I received a call two days before the stay at home order that my dress was ready. After several conversations with the manager about the length of time it took to locate the beads and feathers I stated that I would give half for the dress as I know she runs a small business and I wanted to show support; she absolutely refused and would not even work with me. She stated that giving a refund would put their "small buisness" out of business ALL of their employees would be out of a job at which time I said to her there are many people that are now out of a job. If I would’ve taken the dress home, I would never have gone back to the store to ask for a refund of any sort. Seeing that it took so long for me to receive a call that my dress was ready due to the COVID-19 outbreak, I thought that the business manager or owner would be understanding and at the credit me half! Small businesses will be receiving assistance that the government is giving and I will be out of $1320! I totally understand policy however this is a nationwide pandemic! This is a time when everyone needs to help each other and they won't take the brand new, unaltered dress that they STILL HAVE and give me a credit. We have to save our hard earned money to support their business. I will never shop there again and I would never recommend anyone there. In customer service you always work with the customer. The manager of the store was not willing to work out anything that would help not only her small business but the customer as well.
