I wish I had read independent reviews prior to purchasing. Waited for FIVE WEEKS to receive too small boots and instead of going through the aggravation of trying to return them, I’ll just donate them. RUN AWAY FROM PEARLZONE

Took 2 weeks to get one of 3 pairs ordered and paid. The shoes smell so bad. The might fit, but cheap and stiff. There is no way to address to address the problem. Really dicey company!

Ordered boots and it’s been two months.. emailed them they said check with post office.. never got any notice from the post office.

I ordered these shoes a month ago. Got a notice from the post office yesterday that the package had to be sent back because it was undeliverable. I went to the post office to find out why and was told that the package was sent with the city and state only, no name or street address of who to deliver it to. Company keeps sending me emails telling me to go to the post office and pick it up even though I've told them it is enroute back to China and I have no way of intercepting it.

21/2 wks ago they got my $, I have nothing but a nonworking tracking number. You can’t contact anyone. The tracking # worked immediatly after they withdrew the funds then became no record of my tracking #. I did not expect a slow boat from China nor on purchase does it say origin of product I feel they mislead you to believe it’s made in Europe.

I picked out three pairs of shoes from a flash sale. Tried three times to use credit card that has a middle initial. No way to put in initial, so the card was declined

I've been looking for winter boots with no lacing required for about 3 years now and finally found them at Pearlzone. These are extremely warm and so easy to slip on and tighten up. The second best past was the affordable pricing. Amazing purchase!

I saw their add on Facebook and ordered a pair of shoes from them (in the $39.00 range). The shoes arrived and were completely the wrong size! I wanted to send them back and found out it was in China and would cost approx. the same amount as the shoes. So I asked for a pre-paid label to return them and get my money back. The answers I got: "We sent the size you ordered" (not true); "customer should pay the return postage"; "keep them and we'll send you a 20% off coupon"; and finally - "can't you just keep the shoes and give them to SOMEONE?!!!!" And so far, with my continuous request for refund, they are now repeatedly asking for my order number!!! This is a horrible company - DON'T BUY ANYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!!

It took 8 weeks for one part of my order and I still haven't received another part of my order 12 weeks later. Also, I wear a Men's 11 and the shoes were more like a women's 10. No, they are not women's shoes. I guess I'll just eat my bowl of crap and move on from them.

Paid by PayPal and took 45+ days to get shoes. They kited my money. When shoes arrived they were sized small like woman shoes not men. Refused to correct sizing issue.

I purchased some boots, slippers and two teddy jackets. They were supposed to arrive before December 24th. The shoes arrived the week after Christmas and the jackets arrived January 14th. The quality of the items was not good. Very cheaply made. I am embarrassed to give them as gifts so I will donate them. Don't be fooled by the photos and descriptions.

I ordered a size 8 an received a size 6 instead. I tried to contact the company via email and I got NO response. I did order another pair and received them and I’m very happy with them, but would really like to receive the other pair I ordered in a size 8. I love the style of them. I don’t know the address to send the pair of shoes I received that are the wrong size, so I can’t even send them back.

I ordered Shoes from you Chinese ripoff masters. I ordered size 13 US Mens Shoes. I then waited about 6 weeks to get them. When they finally arrived The shoes were a solid Size 11 Mens US. I attempted to contact customer service and no response. I then filed a claim with PayPal and then the merchant responds, but they want me to pay for shipping of their crap back to them at my cost. I told PayPal that I want the merchant to pay for shipping back at their expense because this was not my fault, and their guarantee states they take care of shipping back. PayPal decided against me and in favor of the Rippoff merchant because I would not pay for shipping back your cheap poorly made crap that was the wrong size. I'm telling everyone to Stay away from you people, far away. So you could have done the right thing paid for shipping back and sent me the refund, however; since you decided to do the wrong thing and not send me my money back. Im going to make sure everyone sees the reviews and put you out of business.

Ordered THREE pairs of shoes - was told to expect delivery within 30 days. SIX WEEKS later and a half dozen e-mails with no response, still no shoes. Paid through Pay-Pal and filed a grievance. I was refunded 30% of my money, and a "tracking number" was supplied to pay-pal (not to me) which indicated the order was fulfilled (I received NOTHING from PEARLFEET - Z E R O).
Would never - EVER give this company another DIME of my money.

Consider yourselves warned....this is a freakin SCAM out of CHINA that purports to be out of the UK.

Ordered 3 pair 2 for me one for a friend. One is fine, one completely the wrong size and one with one shoe a half size smaller than the other. Been sending emails to their customer service for 5 weeks still no response. Guess I've learned my lesson. Hoping to prevent any of you from having the same issues.

I placed an order for boots for my mom as a gift over a month ago. After going back and forth and finally receiving tracking information, the boots were supposed to arrive yesterday. I then went to check on the package again and it had an alert stating it was being sent back to the sender because it had an incomplete address. I have read reviews where this has happened to a lot of people but didn’t think it would happen to me since I have my email confirmation that clearly shows my address and my name. This company does not care about its customers. You cannot reach anyone by phone because they have no numbers listed, only an email address. Every time I emailed them, I would either get no response or just a simple response that they have received my email and will look into it. Never shopping here again! Beware of this company!!

Ordered 2 pair, only received one and they were 2 sizes too small. Emailed for return address and by the time they responded they said it was too late to return them. If they had responded on the first of three emails sent to them it would have been within the return timeframe. No response to my objection.

Takes about 5 weeks for your product to arrive in your city. That's as far as it will go as it will be marked insufficient address and returned. Pearlzone (China) fails to include a street address. You will have to intercept your package at the post office before it is returned. Check your tracking info daily. I did get feedback from both emails I sent, telling me to pay attention to tracking details, to check with post office, and "very apology for inconvenience." Got the boots. Daughter likes them well enough.
