I was very surprised that PeplerOptics were able to delivery so quickly just before Christmas. Loupe arrived safely was well packaged and protected very well. Great service will use again in the near future a real pleasure to do business with.

The service was good - delivery time could have been a day or so quicker, but the switch on the magnifying glass was difficult for my 91 yr old mother in law to push on and off. I took the cover off and put some Vaseline on the parts that slide which made it ok for her, but I think you should consider a different and easier light switch bearing in mind these are mainly used by elderly and quite often arthritic people.

The illuminated magnifiers we have bought from you over the years have been invaluable for my mother who is registered blind and 95 years. The website is easy to use, and the customer service consistently excellent.

The item purchased was indeed a brilliant replacement for one we lost which was over 30 years old. However, we thought this was an April Fool when the item arrived in a Jiffy Bag (large letter) with a Parcel Force parcel postage instead of a Royal Mail Large Letter Signed. Could have saved us on postage and yourselves too.

Great product - my 11 year old is busy putting everything he can find outside under the microscope and photographing it or videoing it. Service was good too - microscope and stand were well packaged and arrived very quickly.

I had to return my first purchase because the item I had ordered was not powerful enough. The return instructions were clear and concise. Receipt of the item was acknowledged and the next day a full refund was paid in to my account. In the meantime I had ordered a more powerful magnifier which arrived the next day.

should be 5 star, one less due to one of my purchase were out of storage. Delivery and Shiping was very fast, positive.

I bought a product which is still awaiting software to run on my computer pepler optics contacted the manufacturer and explained my plight to their tech guy they in turn immediately supplied a beta version I could use . Great service
