Personal Throws has always had great customer service. About 5 years ago, I had purchased a personal blanket for my mom of me, my brother, and her for Christmas. Unfortunately, a "porch pirate" stole the package from my brother's doorstep. I reached out and they were willing to offer 1/2 off to recreate it. I thought that was very generous since there was no way I could prove it was stolen and they were still offering to discount it. I have been a repeat customer ever since, typically buying one or two gifts every year. Quality is always fantastic and always satisfied with the product.

Easy website to work with. This is the 2nd blanket I’m purchasing! Ordered the first blanket as a gift, went over great! Ordering another gift blanket. Hopefully soon I will order one for myself!

I was in a crunch for time since i had to go out of town in a matter of couple of days. I got in contact with the company and explained I needed to have a throw made under the time that is required. Needless to say, my order was put in and I received my picture blanket. I was concerned about the quality since it was a rush job. The quality and work exceeded what I expected and I am grateful for that. I gave the blanket as a gift and when they opened the blanket you would think I just gave them a million dollars. They were ecstatic, and everyone was touching it. It went over extremely well. I am so glad that I made the decision to give them a picture blank. Thank you so much Personal Throws.

Ordered 2 throws on Black Friday. I ordered both of them to be 'fleece'...figuring the photo quality would be better. I was kinda put off that in order to 'preview' your product before they process your order you are charged $20. That's $20 wasted right there! But I was worried about a photo collage and wanted the placement to be nice. They did do a nice job of placing the photos on the blanket and I did pay the fee...but ended up approving the first draft anyhow. So I would recommend letting them place the photos and saving your 'preview' money. Incidentally Ive never had any company charge me for this before! I order a lot of this type of stuff.

Now a word about the 'quality' of the fleece! Don't expect much! I was very DISAPPOINTED at the THINNESS of the fleece! I was expecting more fullness since its a throw! Kind of like fleece pjs. Instead its a very very THIN fabric...more like the thickness of a tablecloth. In fact..these photo fleece blankets could be called 'photo FELT' blankets because truly that is what this fabric is! Ive read their 'guarantee' and there is no way I would be able to get a refund:

"In that case, the sale will be final. For finished products that have been produced after having met the image requirements, there is a satisfaction guarantee. In the unlikely event of a customer receiving our product and not being satisfied, due only to a production or manufacturing error, contact our customer service returns dept at [email protected] or call 1-866-678-6933 within 7 days of receiving the order. After review of the concerns and issues, we will either redo it free of charge or offer a full store credit. For personalized and non re-sellable items we are unable to do returns for full cash refund."

So 'stuck' I am...giving two Christmas WALL HANGINGS away...you really cant call them throws or blankets.

I will still give them as gifts because Christmas is not far off.....but I wont order from here again. I didn't contact the company because I don't have time to mess around with returns. Not sure about that end of it.

Also...there was a sticker on one of the throws from their business and when I pulled it off...some of the color was removed from the photo! *wondering now if these can be washed without fading???

Again....wont be ordering again.

Price wasn't phenomenal either.
