i scaned the favour on-line store market and this website is one of cheapest ones i found that was very reliable and had pretty much excellent reviews.
my order took 10 days from placing order till arriving to my mail box (weekends included), the only thing that made me not give this website 10/10 rate was that my favours arrived slightly moved inside its packaging that will give me the trouble to open its packaging and set the product properly and close it back again (150 favours) but i believe that the packaging design of my product is to blame and not the website (i ordered kate aspen's feathering the nest salt and pepper shaker).
other than that the product came just as i expected (accurate description was provided in the website) and it was packaged very safely since it was fragile.
all in all, i really recommend photoframesplus to anyone wants to buy elegant and budget wise items in a quick.

I ordered the forty year calendar for myself and my girlfriend (for her birthday). I ordered the rosewood one and had it engraved - the item is absolutely beautiful. It is also a paperweight so we can put them on our desk, and they make a nice conversation piece. I would also like to take this time to say that the staff at photoframesplus/smith family stores is very helpful and professional. My experience with them was great and I would shop there again, as well and recommend their site.

I had one photo frame that was cracked.

I ordered a crystal clock for my sister & brother-in-laws 50th wedding anniversary. I called the toll free number, as I wanted to have it engraved. The person on the phone was very friendly and professional. She kept me informed via email of my order and sent a picture of the engraved item for my approval. The order was shipped promptly. I would highly recommend this company.

First time buyer and very pleased. Never thought I would find such a unique gift. The dragonboat engravable award is the perfect gift for our Dragonboat captain. As well, with the symbolism behind the award and its emphasis on team work and execution, I'll be ordering another 2 for corporate gifts. The only minor complaint is that stain of the wood in the picture was a bit darker, more of cherry wood stain whereas the one I received had a ligher stain. Overall, very satisfied. Lastly, I did have some questions about shipping and call customer service. The lady I spoke to was professional and courteous.

I purchased 40 baroque 4x6 photo frames from PhotoFramesPlus on August 10. August 12th they arrived at my house very neatly packaged. Each frame was individually boxed and bubble wrap around each to protect them. I can't express enough how satisfied I am with this company after dealing with a website prior that was basically a scam! :( I would order from PhotosFramesPlus again in a heartbeat! Their customer service also goes above and beyond!

Had such an incredible experience with PhotoFrames, especially with their rep, Janet, who went out of her way to make my life easier. She is the greatest and the item I purchased turned out to be a perfecr gift for my heart surgeon!

Thursday September 8th, 2016: I ordered my item on the 5th of the month and paid EXTRA for the “UPS 3 Day SelectSM”, which they offered, in order to receive my package on or before the 11th. When I finally received an email with the tracking number, I was notified by FEDEX that my package was supposed to be here in my possession by the 8th (today), but it won’t arrive about 5 days later on the 13th (almost like the standard 5-7 day shipping) because the company did not drop my package off until today...and there’s nothing FEDEX can do about it. I’m highly disappointed because Sunday, the 11th will be my 21st birthday and a prayer was planned to celebrate it; I decided to put my trust into the company and order the “Decorative Mini Elephants (Sets Of 4), item number: 12604-fc” as favors; however, by the time I receive the Elephants, everyone that was supposed to get one as a celebration favor will be long gone! The sad part is, other websites offered the same product, but I chose http://www.photoframesplus.com/ as my first option because of the ratings, without even realizing that the last good review was posted in 2014. I haven't had a chance to speak with a customer service agent because they're only available M-F 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST, and I work and go to school at the same time; I did leave a message and call back number, but at this point, I just feel like returning my order when it gets here without even opening the package!

I had been looking for a unique porcelain cake topper for my wedding cake. I've been to several sites and found what I was looking for, but was unwilling to pay the asking price. I then stumbled onto PhotoFramesPlus website. They had the cake topper that I was looking for at a great price. From here allow me to break down the pros and cons:

Pros:
1. The price for the item I purchased was excellent.

2. After placing the order I had a quick question so I called customer service. Their representative was not only informative, but very courteous. I want to add that after my order was put through I received a call from them the following day because I had entered the incorrect CV code from my credit card (I had inadvertently transposed a number). The representative stated what had happened and wanted to verify that in fact it was me that placed the order. I've never had a merchant who was so careful regarding security I was impressed.

3. The item arrived on the date indicated on my invoice (via FedEx tracking number).

4. The item ordered was even more beautiful than the picture on the site. Don't get me wrong the photo was nice, but to actually see the cake topper in person was awesome. The craftsmanship and detail is excellent and the color is like it appeared in the picture from the site.

4. The package came well wrapped (Styrofoam, box, bubble wrapped all correctly fitted into the shipping box) in my opinion this was important. That action proved to me (along with the treatment I received from their customer service) that PhotoFramesPlus cares about their integrity, reputation and strives to carefully package their customer(s) purchased items. Ladies as a fellow bride I'm sure you can understand when it comes to items we fall in love with we tend to get emotionally attached to it and when we find it for the right price and if it arrived damaged you'd be hurt or a bit miffed. This is why the careful packing of my cake topper meant so much to me.

Now for the cons:
