I ordered ac compressor and kit for my 2001 cad. You sent the wrong compressor. It cost me 5 days and two times the labor cost. I hope you are better at returning the money from the returned parts. I will be glad to update the review after we are completed

I ordered parts for a Ford Explorer Sport Trac, and paid extra shipping to get them quick. When the parts got to the mechanic, we found out that they didnt fit. When I called Pit Stop Auto, I was informed that I in fact ordered the right parts, but they sent parts for a Ford Taurus. Now I have to pay return shipping and wait 2-4 days after arrival for a refund. All while my vehicle sits undrivable.

The a/c hose i bought was about a third the price of a hose from the dealer. It did not exactly fit the contours of the original, but a little persuasion, and it works just fine. no leaks! Fast shipping great place. Thanks

Received an ac compressor and accumulator kit for my 2003 F150 4.6 put it all together vacuumed , filled with the proper amount of 134a . Took the hoses off and the shrader valve on the accumulator leaked. Called Pitstop auto parts and they were willing to replace it after I sent the defective part back. I did not save any money for that I had to pay double labor and I decided to buy an accumulator from the closes auto parts store do to the turn around time it would of taken to get my part replaced/ two weeks. I use my vehicle so I could not wait that long. I was offered 22$ for the bad accumulator and the one at the Auto parts by me was $95. I will never buy another product from Pitstop again. There add says nothing about not paying labor if the part was defective only if it was installed wrong. Bad public relations policy. I would have had no problem eating the labor if it was on me.

I ordered a radiator for my 2005 F250 super duty and I got sent the wrong radiator mine has the top and bottom tanks and they sent me a side tank. That I have no idea what it fits. So I wanted the radiator that was shown that I ordered and it was totally wrong. As a professional I thought I was going to get the right parts when I order from a well known company.

I ordered on Wednesday night, shipped Thursday and part areived Friday. It was exactly what i needed for my truck. And I paid about half of what I would have in an auto parts store.

I have purchased Hyundai Santa Fe 2002 AC compressor for less than $200 while dealership estimation was several time more.
The shipping was very fast and it seems it's new as advertised.
It fits an old one 100% and hopefully serve long.

The R-22 to R-134 A/C conversion kit I ordered was received in two days after ordering and the fit was perfect! All components operate better than expected. I highly recommend this vendor, I will definitely make more automotive equipment purchases from Pit Stop Auto again...

The air compressor I purchased was not the same as in the picture that I thought I was buying and I specifically bought that one because it matched exactly what I was replacing. (I had to take a part off the old one and use it for the new one so I could connect one of the hoses.) I hope that what I received isn't a cheaper model. So far it has been working though. With all that said I would still purchase from them again.
