I am thrilled to be the owner of a new LED Bocce Ball set from Playaboule. It shipped well within the delivery window, and while I haven't played a round yet I've checked out the LED lights and they appear to work well. The balls are a bit lighter than I'm accustomed to, but it's a Christmas gift for my kids so I think that will be just fine for them. I'm really looking forward to giving them a toss (the Bocce Balls, that is)!

I have purchased three sets of the V3 Bocce Balls from Playboule as gifts. The recipients have been thrilled. They can be used during the day like any other bocce ball and they're so much fun at night. I would recommend these balls and Playboule.

Shipment arrived in two days from Washington state to New York. Awesome! Also incredible price on extra batteries. I'm the buyer at a retail store and I can't get them for the price that playaboule.com had them.

My order came within 2 days of placing my order online with just regular shipping.

I placed an order about 7 weeks ago. I have NOT received my ordered product or a refund for my product. I have called the shop multiple times only to be told multiple times that someone will call me back to follow-up yet I have NEVER received a call back. They say they are investigating the case with UPS but I would think at this point either my money could be refunded or another order sent. I have been very disappointed in this site (to say the least) and would never recommend this site for anyone. Unless of course you like to pay almost $100 for nothing.

I was very surprised that the price for the glow in the dark pallina I put in my cart to purchase changed price when I chose the color it glowed.It was listed as $8.96 on the initial page and when I picked the glow color the price went to $11.96. The bag I ordered was out of stock and I was shipped a better bag with a note about the exchange and saying I saved $10.00 in the process. Hooray for customer service but fix the web prices please.

The Bocce balls arrived in three days. So far I like the new push button system, the older ones worked well, but sometimes had to be wrenched down to make a connection.
This has been one of my favorite games for years. We bring them camping, to bbq's, bond fires, and even for evening trips to the beach.

Delivery of engraved bocce set has been delayed two weeks making gift late. If it arrives and looks good, I'll still be a happy customer. They did notify me of the delay and offered to cancel order and give full refund if I wished. Seem quite professional.

11/15/2012 UPDATE:
I do see that now that I could have actually purchased 8 spare plugs for $24.95, rather than just one as I previously thought. I definitely would have gone that route had I noticed that, but somehow I missed it. However, I have no regrets. I’m happy to have a whole new set and am now prepared to swap out balls and parts as needed. This will also allow me to expand participation, which will be a good thing because I often have quite a large crowd hanging out at my place. So I expect all of my Playaboule components to get a lot of hard use.

So bottom line, I now realize I could have had the spare plugs and 27 batteries at the very reasonable $24.95, but let’s spin it to say that for just an extra $60 I got a whole new set of bocce balls, too! I remain a very happy Playaboule customer and am sure to make future purchases from your fine company.

The overall ordering experience was easy and smooth and I enjoy the product very much. However, the pricing for spare light switch/plugs seems somewhat odd when compared to an entire bocce set.

I've had the V3 Lighted Bocce Ball set for over a year and several of the light switches started to malfunction. So my intention was to just buy a few spare light switch/plug sets. But at $25 per light switch/plug, it made more sense for me to purchase an entire new V3 Lighter Bocce Ball set at $85. This way, I got 9 spare light switch/plugs, plus a whole set of spare bocce balls, etc., for just a little over the price of 3 spare light switch/plugs. Not complaining, just seems odd to me.

Ordered Monday and arrived Friday. Buy this quality set, not a lower-priced imitation! All ages of people LOVE playing this game! It is fun all year 'round.

I received the two sets exactly when I was told I would. Haven't used them yet, but I'm sure they will be fantastic.

I ordered 2 sets of Petanque boule and am very satisfied with the product and the speed of delivery. I would order from your company again and recommend it to others
