I’ve ordered from you guys awhile back and enjoyed the plugs i got plus the extra one for going over a certain amount. I just did a recent order that i am excited about, I do have a suggestion though, I have these Rick and Morty plugs that both face the same direction, so one will always have a character facing forward and another facing back instead of both facing forward. I would hope there would be away to solve that. Other then that i enjoy them!

My order was initially partially filled even though the plugs I ordered were said to be in stock. This made me doubt their reliability as a company but after some emailing back and forth (they replied pretty quickly explaining they were ordering more stock) I was mailed the other half of my order. The way Plugyourholes handled the issue changed my doubts on them as a company and I will definitely be placing more orders in the future! Even with COVID-19 pandemic happening they STILL have GOOD BUSINESS! Thank you for following through Plugyourholes!

Edit:They fixed my problem and even upgraded my order free of charge and that greatly changed my impression

My previous review: I want to like this company I've heard some food things but I've had nothing but bad experiences. The first time I ordered I ordered 7/16" turquoise plugs and I haven't ever received them it's been so long I switched emails and don't even know the order number anymore. Then recently I ordered 7/16" gold stainless steel tunnels this past Monday, they were labeled in stock and so I ordered them, today I emailed PYH and asked if my order had shipped yet, they said no because items in your order are out of stock. Well I only ordered the tunnels so either they ran out of their plug bucks promotion and won't ship my tunnels or the tunnels are infact out of stock in my size despite what the site even currently says. I'm extremely annoyed because I already completely lost all ability to get my first order and now I feel like history will repeat itself. Feel free to test your luck if you want.

Ive ordered from Plug Your Holes 3 times now and i’ll definitely be ordering again, the plugs are great quality and it’s always sweet to receive a random pair as well:) i’ve never had a problem with them, and the plugs are very reasonable it’s my go to plug shop:)

So I had some problems with my initial order, I received plugs that were not great quality (which is strange because every pair I’ve ever received has been GREAT quality. I’ve usually had shipping/out of stock issues but never quality issues) I told them my concerns and wrote a review on the plugs (labradorite) and they responded quickly, assisted me with my order and refunded me. They also sent me discounts and I’ve never felt more taken care of by a company. You can tell they really care about their customers and it shows. Especially when I wasn’t the nicest in my review and emails. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I will continue to be. The only criticism I would say is if you are out of stock on an item please do not allow me to buy it. But even the out of stock items I received have been great quality and I received a 5$ gift card for the confusions. I will continue to buy from this store because regardless of the mistakes, their customer service and attention to detail has made me feel cared for and appreciated as a multiple time returning customer, and regardless of my problems I will continue to recommend them. Ordered from this company twice, had issues both times. As they allow you to buy products they don't have in stock. First time was handled well, leading me to order again. The products I have recieved are fantastic, however I'm not a fan of wasting money on products I'm never going to receive. I've been waiting over 2 months for a product they claimed to have shipped.

I've ordered once and ordering again. My order fit perfect and was so comfortable, Not going to lie though I wore the free pair I got more! I received silicone tunnels that were oh so soft and so comfortable in my ear! Unlike other plug sites, these guys shipped me my correct size (And I'm about to order some new silicone tunnels for my 0g!)

This is a pretty great way to get your plugs online. They have a cool selection and I will keep using these guys!

Wonderful experience! Had a little mix up with my order, which is understandable, things happen. So I messaged the Instagram account and within an hour I had a response and my order resent. Very professional and extremely helpful. The plugs I did get in the mail are very good quality too!

We bought stone plugs from these guys and omg so love ,em this company really cares about you as a valued customer not just a person who buys we will only buy from them from now on and they always give a free set of plugs so bomb ? I urge you buy here no where else .???????

I ordered from this company a few years back and to this day I do not know how they get by with their lazy customer service. I ordered two pairs of plugs and received only one pair. I can even tell you how many emails and messages to both their Instagram and Facebook pages I sent asking them to please either send me the item that I paid for or refund my money. I never got a response and was blocked from their Instagram page after commenting on one of their photos in an attempt to get their attention. I eventually just gave up, but to this day I will continue to crap on this company any chance I get.

Plugs weren't very quick coming in. When I did get them the sizing was off as well one was broken. Quality of the plugs besides that was alright.
