I was charged $18 for a few old statements that I needed and I'm on welfare! Also I am charged ridiculous fees for an overdrawn account! Changing banks today!!!

The banking procedures for P&N are behind and they provide extremely poor customer service particularly at the Belmont branch Perth WA.

Banked with them for 12 years. Home loan with them for nearly 5 years. Never had a glitch. Quite flexible and helpfull. Interest rates are pretty hard to beat. Have thoroughly researched alot of home loans and I wouldnt risk the change. I never here from them. They never here from me. Would be happy to pay of my house with them.
Helpfull. Fast and efficient. Home loan application is really quick. Secure.
Cant say anything bad about them.

I have been a customer for nearly 20 years, and P&N Bank just keeps getting better in my opinion. Their app is fantastic, they always answer the phone/chat promptly, their staff are all fully trained and knowledgeable about every facet of the system which means you rarely get transferred to someone else. They offer insurance and home loan products that are the most competitive out there (I occasionally do a detailed comparison - I'm loyal, but not that loyal). They have even been known to ring me out of the blue to say we've found a way you can save money / avoid fees, would you like to take advantage? They have branches and ATMs in all the places I go. What is there not to like? There is some room for improvement: they need a 24 emergency help line for people travelling overseas or even in Aus that suddenly have a problem with their account (like it has been blocked for some reason). And they could be much more imaginative when it comes to products and services for children - their future customers). But overall, outstanding.

A member of our family died in January 2019, intestate, and my husband handled his affairs as next of kin. The deceased had a very small savings account at P&N Mandurah into which his pension was paid and he had no other assets. One day after his death, my husband advised the bank of the death and organised a hold on the account. Once the death certificate was released my husband took it to P&N Mandurah and tried to close the account. He was given lots of misinformation from Mandurah and they appear to have no protocol for dealing with deceased estates. We are still facing difficulties from head office in Perth trying to close the account and will now lodge a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman. The last thing you need when you're grieving the loas of a loved one is the hassle we are experiencing. We've had accounts, albeit small amounts of money, for over 40 years with P&N and this is the first time we've experienced problems

We have been with P&N Bank for 20 years and anytime we have needed to refinance or needed any kind of service they have been amazing to deal with. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My aunts partner passed away 5 years ago. As the executor of his estate she had a huge task - his estate was complex and fragmented. Both had been P&N members for many decades so she made the decision to open the estate account with them which proved to be a very wise decision. At the time there was no monthly fee (unlike the commonwealth who informed her their estate accounts were run as a business account - with fees accordingly!) and P&N fees for bank cheques were half that of the big 4. The staff at Joondalup, Innaloo and Perth branches could not have been more helpful, and having known my aunt over many years of her visiting the branch, showed empathy, patience and kindness, none of which she received from the other institutions she had to deal with in the course of sorting out her partners financial affairs

Having read some negative reviews on this site about security questions and not being able to easily access money from P&N, I felt I had to comment as these are the very reasons my aunt sticks with them. From her perspective the fact they always ask the same questions and require proof of identity whenever she visits the branch, despite many of the staff knowing and recognising her is very reassuring to her. If she can't just walk out with her money - then neither can a fraudster, and if giving 24/48 hours notice for the staff to be able to facilitate a large withdrawal then so be it. She was comforted to find out her money wasn't kept on site. This might not suit everyone, but for her, the personal service, familiarity and extra security is exactly why she chooses to stay with P&N rather than move to a bigger bank.

After seeing how well she was treated with P&N I moved all my accounts and have nothing negative to say about them. Very happy I moved.

I have been attempting to refinance an investment property for nearly 3 months now, there are never ending requests for documents they have had in their possession for months, but can never find them.

Each time you call to ask why the status of the loan is, they say something else is missing, example one of the insurance policies expired 10 days ago, they need up dated one. That's ok but they had the documents 6 weeks before the insurance expired.

Another incident where by a redraw account opened but not activated for 3 months, when asked why they say we didn't apply to activate it. If you apply for an account and they authorise it, doesn't that me its to be activated. Then when trying to activate it, they say they don't have our signatures on file??? we had to sign documents to open the account.

Unbelievable service.

We have been with them for 16 years. Only for everyday, savings and term deposits as everything we own is paid for. Contact with the bank in person, by phone or online is always pleasant. No need to spend much on fees, particularly for over 55’s.
