Pockets would have gotten five stars if the DHL landed duty (for delivery to Canada) would have been included directly on the order price. Duty charge was unexpected. Wasn't a mega amount, but still made the order a little more expensive.

The service was good and fast delivery but I was expecting 5% off the purchase for registering as a first time customer and that didn’t happen at checkout which was a disappointment.

The guys at the Newcastle store are always helpful and friendly, especially when I collected my item as I had my 21month son with me who had buckets of energy.
Was shocked by some prices of the paul smith goods but know there expensive.
Again all the staff are friendly and well mannered with great product knowledge. See you soon

Great customer service, the pockets store in Shrewsbury is amazing with great selection of designer gear and great staff that are pleased to help with a smile, don't take my word for it try it, visit any of their stores or online and they will be happy to help.

Ordered on line which had a good web site and also a chat line , I asked for free delivery and they gave me it on a sale item Hugo boss trainers, which were reduced by £70

In my many internet transactions this one had to be one of the best ones.
Effortless and clear website enabling easy navigatio with straight forward check out options. VAT was automatically deducted and all the charges clearly shown. Ultra fast intercontinental shipping using DHL. I must highlight that the shipping charges were extremely reasonable. I live in Sydney, Australia and generally that means that companies are willing to charge outrageous amounts for shipping even the smallest items. This was not the case here.
I have bought Crockett & Jones' Camberley monk boots in brown. The boots arrived super carefully packaged in enormous box 3 days later.
All in all I couldn't be happier with the transaction. This will be my "go to" website for future shoes shopping.

Amazingly fast Returns I returned the item on Thursday and was refunded by Friday top quality service unfortunately the Garmin to didn't fit but I shall be using their services in the near future for sure

I payed for express delivery òn the Thursday I no it was after the 2pm for next day delivery but I would have expected a delivery on the Saturday not the Monday

Ordered a belstaff jacket online, easy enough, arrived within days great stuff, beautiful packaging in a lovely ‘pockets’ presentation box with a couple of samples packs of Acqua di Parma smellies. The attention to detail made me feel like the good old days of buying from the store itself. Excellent

I had to return original armani jeans because of a fault with the length, was sent a new pair within a day of pockets receiving fautly pair, more than happy with my new armani jeans exceptional customer service, welldone guys will definitely be buying again, highly recommend.
