This our second year using policy expert for home insurance. I am using them again because although not the cheapest quote we got I thought it offers the most compared to other insurance companies and was still very reasonable compared to other more expensive companies! It was a great renewal offer and we were very happy with the customer service, really great staff at the call centre even during lock down. Thanks Policy Expert.

We bought a house in August 2019 and unfortunately after a few months we noticed water marks going up our walls in kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway and downstairs toilet. We had no idea where it is coming from so we called our insurance POLICY EXPERT and asked if we are covered for access and seek. They said yes. We have contacted local leak finding company and they spent 2 days trying to find a leak. They used a gas and tried heating and main water. After they find a leak - copper water piped in the middle of the kitchen and under double tiles - they diged meters of holes along a pipes until they found the leak. Day later we had another masive leak from the same pipe, but 50 cm from original. They again came and fixed it. On the day we had to pay £2214 bill. Our insurance than came and accesed the damage and also brought 2 drying machines. We had them for 6 weeks and they run nonstop. We were worried about our electricity bill, but were told not to worry as insurance will pay us back. After 6 weeks walls were dry, but we got black mould under kitchen counters. Now after 3 months and still with huge hole in the middle of our kitchen (not fun with 2 small children) we were offered £2203.29 and £28 for electricity. We are not happy as this settlement will not even cover the access and seek bill and to get £28 for over 3000kwh of eletricity is just sad when we spend over £400 on it. I will never go with Policy Expert again. We are left in debt & with broken kitchen floor.

I find Policy Expert, a very reliable company, they keep you informed what's going on through the year.

Policy Renewal if you have no changes made very easy and in my case only 5% increase on last year with legal protection free of charge. I needed to change my level of cover increasing it and phoned customer services. I explained I needed time to understand because I had had a stroke. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and understanding. Excellent service and cover.

I have stayed with Policy Expert for my home insurance & remained loyal to them year after year as their renewal cost remains very competitive & their insurance policy for my home & contents covers everything I need. I have no reason or need to go with anyone else, especially as before I renewed I checked out the prices of other insurance companies & Policy Expert beat them all. Very happy with this company

was happy with car insurance last year so was happy to renew this year I found the new policy to my liking good value and efficient & polite sevice

Rang to see if they could beat their Renewal as i had other found competitive quotes, within 2 mins they had managed to take £20 off matching & beating the others.. i renewed on the spot!

I recently received a renewal for my home insurance,and emergency cover.on the emergency cover list all the items were ticked on both the upgrade and basic cover list.l therefore said does my basic cover include all of these shown on the renewal. A very badly mannered manager said no it was a computer error and refused to honour the stated cover under the renewal.

Been with this company for over 5 years now and they always match or even quote less than compare the market quotes. Great customer service which is uk based. Very friendly and helpful would definitely recommend 5* company and service

I was planning to go with another company for House/Contents Insurance but after explaining my requirements with Zain, I decided to renew with Policy Expert again. I was very impressed by the way that Zain explained the options to me and the cost offered was very competitative.

Absolute waste of time, communication, zero, any excuse not to pay a penny out, always chasing them when you are the paying customer, disgraceful, praps tornado/hurricane they might pay out, don't waste your money or time with a useless firm! !

Why has Legal Expenses Insurance Schedule not been included in this year's renewal.

I have been with Policy expert for the third year running. I find them to be competitive in price and service. I find that their customer service is very helpful in dealing with my enquiry and explaining the terms and conditions of the policy documents. I phoned them yesterday and enquire about certain policy document and I was given a full explanation, which was helpful.

Previously would of rated (Very Good) After an automatic renewal took place on my 3rd year of being with you. I noticed you had my property down a a 3 Bedroom End Terrance, where it should of been Semi- detached. after the update was applied your customer service agent said you were no longer able to provide cover??????????? great way to treat a customer after 2 years of loyalty.
