Bought a hozelock pump and filter. Both failed in a year. Reported filter failure under guarantee 10 days ago. Replacements still not arrived and they won’t send on next day delivery. Apparently Koi ‘don’t need filtration’ so it’s no problem. I won’t use them again.

Our first filter, once installed leaked. Within a matter of two days, Pond Keeper had sent a replacement without any hassle to us. Pond now looking great again, thanks to Laurie for excellent communication and swift replacement.

Great service, will use again.

Very good service, I buy wheat germ fish food and feed it to my koi carp all year round, the fish really like it, it's floating food, good quality and very reasonably priced for a 10 kilo bag.

I wanted aqua throw and go Barley Balls, I had asked for these earlier but was sent the wrong items, but on this occasion I told them what I had wanted them as it was becoming urgent and the service was impeccable, the gentleman was polite, he had full knowledge of what I had requested, and my sale went straight through without any hassle,

This product was unfit for purpose, rapidly overheating and losing its ability to pump air within 24 hours of installation. Dismantling the unit showed burned insulation on the main voltage wires, indicating a fundamental design flaw. Pondkeeper is quick to tell you to throw the thing away, thereby creating more electrical environmental waste, but will not compensate for the additional labour costs in installing a new product. Every PondExpert product that I have purchased has required replacement before the end of the guarantee period due to complete failure. It is cheap junk made from China. Avoid at all costs

This is the second Easy Clear 3000 I have bought from Pond Keeper, the first one lasted for 9 years, fantastic considering the motor is running 24/7 with only a brief rest whilst washing the filters occasionally. The new filter arrived the next day, which meant the pond was without a filter for only a day. Thank you Pond Keeper.
