I ordered two posters "trim to bleed" cut at the edge of the image, a $71.86 order. The posters came with a band of white that is not what I ordered. After I sent three emails they responding by saying they will refund $5 (which they have not done). The $5 is not the point, the point is that I have wasted $71 and my time. I made an order for a product and something different was sent. I don't have the facilities or the tools to trim the posters without risking damaging them. The posters a useless unless the edge is trimmed. I suggested they pay for the return postage and they can trim them. I have not received an answer.
