I have placed an order for one of the penguin mouses as I have been using it in the office and have found it very comfortable with my carpal tunnel syndrome.
The order confirmation e-mail, as well as the website, clearly indicated 4 working days as delivery date. It is now well over that (order was placed on 22/04 and this review was written on the 30/04) and still have not received a dispatch e-mail or response to my query through the support e-mail address.
Ordering ergonomic computer accessories covers usually an urgent need. In my case a flared up carpal tunnel syndrome that has slowed down my work considerably.
The payment was taken from my card on the 23/04 but I have yet to receive the product.
Update: I have now received the tracking email

Had a Penguin mouse for many years and really loved it, top button got worn out so brought another it is even better with a smoother action - would not go back to an old style mouse ever again.

I've left three stars as it's only been a couple of days since I've ordered my items and I'm getting bombarded with requests for reviews. I haven't actually received the items yet so..... ????‍♂️

I have ordered two items but only one arrived quickly (mouse pad) which I appreciate and the other I am yet to receive and can't use the mous pad until I have it (wireless mous). I have no idea when its arriving.

The online ordering process is straightforward and they have delivered within their time frame of four days as they say on their website.

The costs, however, seem more on the Posturite website than on the Amazon website which I do not really understand. When the mouse arrived it had clearly been sent out from Amazon although I had ordered it from Posturite.

It was ordered 5 days ago and I have not received any details of when it will arrive. Fully appreciate Covid but that should not be used as an excuse

Hi, it may have been my misunderstanding, however I had thought that if I had ordered all 4 items thro' yourselves, then I would receive them all at once. I received the quick lift stand yesterday, however await the other 3 items being despatched separately from their respective supplier(s). The stand is great and good quality, so no complaints on that front.

ordered three items for working from home via Admiral link (they are paying upto £50) the ease to which the order was made is great just putting your payroll no in helps

From order to delivery took 5 days including a weekend, so that is pretty swift. I already have a Posturite chair at work, so ordered a couple of similar seats for use at home and have not been disappointed. Happy with the overall value and service.

I tried to order a wireless vertical mouse but website registered a wired one. Tried to phone but was cut off on two attempts. Eventually sorted via chat and phone once I got through (assuming that the correct item is delivered).

I like that Admiral is offering this service to employees. The website was easy to use. Delivery could have been faster, but the regular communication surrounding the delivery was good. I would have preferred a morning or afternoon timeslot as it was difficult to keep an eye out for the item whilst working from home and calling customers etc.

I placed an online order and after 5 business days I emailed their customer service regarding when I could expect my shipment. They promptly responded and said the payment had not gone through. According to my bank the payment had been processed already. I responded to the email stating they should double check with their finance team which then it took another day to hear that the payment had indeed gone through and the product was finally being shipped. The shipment still has another day or two until it arrives. I have given a rating of 3 stars because if I had not initiated the query regarding my purchase I am not sure what would have happened. I hope that the product is high quality once it arrives or it would have been better to use a different online platform.
