Flowers order for my mother's birthday not delivered on date requested so big disappointment. Order placed 1 week in advance. When flowers received in they were in poor condition but on requesting refund it was refused as photographic evidence not provided - explained mother 89 and has no means of taking photos.

Disappointed. I ordered what I was thinking it was going to be a nice present for my husband birthday on the 14th of June. First they promised delivery of seven days a week including Sundays of course. Second they sent me a message saying it was going to be delivered by DPD that day. Third I was expecting them all day last Sunday 14th of June 2020 and about 5:00 pm I received an email from Royal Mail saying they were going to send them next day the 15th. Sorry but my husband birthday is the 14th not the next day. What a shame. I do not recommend prestige flowers and the reason to not use capital letters is because I am really upset and annoyed. If you get the worst service, you have the right to complain and to protest for £42,79 It is not £3 or £5 They have a lack of service and a mediocre customer attention. Sorry to be so hush, but they deserve this review.

Two lots of flowers I ordered were of very poor quality and looked nothing like the photos on the website. Customer service when I complained was terrible - I was just offered a credit note for less than half of what I had spent. One lot of flowers were delivered a day late. Not worth the money - do not use this company!

Appalling service , flowers took a week to arrive . Royal Mail lied over delivery , order resent , flowers appalling . First order went in bin , fresh order , never perked up after being in water . Lasted 3 days . See pics . Appalling customer service . £30 + spent on dead flowers , not delivered on time & customer service who are not interested . Please don’t waste your money & be disappointed & more do the recipients surprise spoilt & unhappy with service & poor quality . Hate leaving a review like this but honesty is the best policy ☹️☹️?

Not only were they wilting, looking like out of date flowers from a supermarket but the free chocs were insulting and the add on balloon didn't arrive. I will not bother again at £37. Absolutely gutted for my grand daughter's birthday.

I placed an order for some flowers for next day delivery - very much the same experience as the previous customer. This was the second time I had used prestige for a next day delivery - with exactly the same result - I will not make the same mistake again. As the customer below states - they use ROYAL Mail as their courier knowing they can not honour next day deliveries - they may be fine for long-lead orders - but will never ever use again. I believe they know their orders and timelines will not be achieved. I know now the flowers when they arrive will be wilted already. The reviews on this site are accurate which leads me to suspect the reviews on their own site are not.

Not even worth 1 star Two birthday deliveries ordered well in advance neither arrived on correct day. So upsetting! Royal mail tracking said in transit to be delivered on correct day never arrived. Other delivery was not left with a neighbour or anything sent back to depot-rearranged for 2 days later-flowers really? You pay for delivery so proper courier should be used. Waiting on refund.

Excellent service. Ordered Flowers for my Daughter 21st today. They arrived first thing about 8.10am by Royal Mail. She loves them. Arrived with the Vase I ordered and some Chocolates and a balloon. Made her day along with other things bought for such a special day. Can’t thank you enough Prestige. Also a voucher inside for Money off other items. Thrilled to bits. I bought sunflowers and 100 Roses from you and they were dead on delivery. I have emailed you on numerous occasions with no response. I have contacted trading standards and sent them photos of the delivered flowers. If there was a rating for a minus on stars, then it would be minus 100. Really wouldn't recommend you to anybody,not even my worst enemy.

Dreadful service from you Flowers and chocolates ordered for 70th birthday in plenty of time to arrive in Germany on 31st July Even sent a reminder email on 29th where I was assured they would be arriving on time They arrived on 1st August! Too late for her special day I am disgusted with your service and will never use you again Appalling and not even a reply to my email sent on 31st July when it was looking like they would not be there on time

Shocking company! Flowers orders for Monday never arrived!! Used the online chat to more or less be told will take 14 days to investigate!!! Told “it’s ok there in a box with water” yeah but I paid for fresh flowers to be delivered on a certain date... If you couldn’t do the order you should have said and given me the opportunity to go elsewhere.... the non delivery was bad enough but the aftercare is SHOCKING.... would never recommend this company and wherever I get the chance I will leave a review to warn others..

last week i ordered the summer flowers for my sisters 4oth Birthday she received these which were mainly roses Except they were all out in bloom instead of being in bud so they last longer today she tells me they look all wilted today which im not happy about......also the postage is a ridiculous amount of money when the flowers are expensive too i think i will be looking elsewhere in the future this place has gone downhill !!!

The roses were a gift for my birthday and they arrived 18th July. They are now in the compost bin (27th July). They withered without opening within four or five days even though I took great care of them but because I didn't send a photograph within 48 hours of them arriving at my address, they wouldn't replace them. I did send a photograph and complaint nine days after receipt but guess what - their guarantee is only for seven days! Not at all impressed with this company. The sender would have spent in excess of £20 on this bouquet and it was a bitter disappointment. Should I tell her? What would you do? I was offered a £5 gift card but refused it. I wouldn't have used it.

I ordered a large bouquet of flowers for mother's day (cost: £40.62 after discount coupon). Flower delivery: on-time Flower quality: Appalling. Drooping heads, dead leaves, brown petals. Bouquet size: I ordered large but it was way smaller than their medium Customer service is the same as their flowers....appalling. I ordered a £60+ bouquet and on the day of delivery had a text and an email from Royal Mail saying that they had tried to deliver but no one was in. The flowers were now ready for collection from their depot! My friend had to go and fetch her flowers! I contacted Prestige Flowers through their website as the telephone number is an 0844 number, which meant a delayed response. They kept telling me that the flowers had been delivered which of course they had not. They really were not bothered and did not offer a resolution. I won't use them again.

Roses we’re dead after 2 days . The agapanthus was dropping it’s flowers after 2 days . The rest did not last more than 3 days. We were out when delivered and they were left on our doorstep in the sun. We could have been away. We were so disappointed for our daughter who lives in NZ and had sent them for our 61st wedding anniversary. Would advise anyone not to use you again.

I have been using Prestige flowers for two years and up to now no complaints. I know it's a really busy time if the year and we are all trying to get our gift's done asap. I ordered 100 roses for my Mother's Birthday, no complaints with the delivery arrived on the day, however someone can't count?????? she received 26 roses??? where are the other 74???? It's such a shame we have to put our trust and give our money and don't receive what we have paid for. I have a internet business so completely understand how difficult it is to get it right all the time, but you have to make sure you put it right if you get it wrong........ i am waiting for my reply from Prestige flowers so lets hope that some human who works for them is about to refund my money??? update will be posted.

Very disappointed as son in Australia had placed the order and I think they count on us not wanting to tell them. As previously, all except the lilies were wilted and never recovered.When I complained they asked for photos which I sent , they then asked for more ,saying that they did not understand me this happened 3 times until I heard nothing more. Do not use this company
