This was my fourth major Apple photo book produced by PrestoPhoto and as I expected they did an excellent job on recreating my photos, matching the colors and delivering at the date originally stated. I am very happy with the quality & price of their work. Each year I produce a family photo album of most of the event during the year I expect to continue this tradition. I have also created; A Book of my Art, Sarasota Sunrises & Sunsets, A memorial book of our dog & A Book of Animals of Sarasota everyone was produced to my standards.

Once again, the book is fantastic! The quality of the images is particularly good, and using the highest-quality paper was worth it. Thank you. Everything went very smoothly, you helped a lot with cover issues. It might have been easier to discuss those issues over the phone than with live-chat, but maybe not possible with the covid situation. The problem I was having was with the red and pink "boundary lines" and fitting the cover properly within them.

I wish that changing info at checkout was a bit smoother, I maybe should have typed everything correctly the first time, but it kept making me go back. Otherwise, I have been very impressed with the site and the simplicity. It was exactly what I was hoping for when I made the photo book into a pdf and I am really glad this site exists.

I ordered books produced from a PDF that I uploaded. The margin along the binding of my original looked a little narrow when I reviewed the online proof, but I thought it would work ok. When I got the actual printed book the binding side text was almost, but not quite buried in the binding. I contacted customer service via email and got a response within the day. She reviewed the order and, after a timely email exchange, ultimately we came to the conclusion that their proof was accurate as the text was visible along the binding, just barely. She offered to reprint the books at cost, which is what I did after reformatting my original with a wider margin and uploading that. The final books were perfect. Overall a good experience and an excellent experience.

I ordered the 14 x 11 Lay Flat design, because I thought that it was Presto Photo's premier product. I was disappointed because the photo book was flawed. The binding separated after one day, and made the book awkward to flip through.

My previous order turned out defective, and was delivered about 6 days later than estimated at time of order. Therefore, I hope that this order will be a good one; if so, I plan to order more books. This is the reason I can't rate your service 5 stars yet.

Everything turned out great. I love it, but most importantly the recipient of the book as a gift is in love with the book. You've made us all happy people. It turned out to be one of life's great moments.

All good, will continue to use this service. A few minutes after receiving confirmation that my upload file was good, there was an update I wanted to make, and I was told it was too late... It would have been nice to be able to upload a new file... but oh well, I guess I can live with it... : (

Presto Photo was great, easy to work with and even made a few last minute adjustments to the shipping schedule for me at my request. I appreciated quick communication and efficiency with which my project was completed. The final result was wonderful.

When my book arrived, there was a problem with the binding and two of the pages were stuck together. I sent an email outlining the problem, with photos, and received an almost immediate response. The book was reprinted and sent to me in less than at week! The new book had no issues.

The whole process was extremely good. Even though there were some issues on the first book, your CSR that I spoke to was incredibly friendly and took great care of me with my concerns. I'll definitely be back for more.

Design and shopping was good but I really struggled to get my pages aligned. I had uploaded an existing .pdf file that my daughter had created for her senior project so I had to work with her existing file layout. I worked on his and got frustrated enought that I walked away from the computer once. Total time spent gettign the pages aligned was over an hour .

Amazingly easy to put together and order. My first book came today and they did a great job, I was really concerned about the look of the scanned images I had from old photos, but they turned out really well. I am very impressed. Since the books were a gift I am very happy to order another project book... more to come!

The three day shipping didn't come in time but other than that loved this! Good previews before purchasing that really gave me an idea of what it would look like. Though I would probably want to go to a smaller, local place in the future (if I have the means), this place was great for my first print!

Our grandfather turned 90 this spring and had written a number of children's books by hand. We wanted to print out his stories and present them to him. He hasn't previously been able to have them printed, due to price and difficulty. In contrast, this was easy from start to finish. The pricing was extremely competitive, the quality is above reproach, and we will never order from anywhere else!

I am very happy with my first book from PRESTO - apple style - I had already done 40 plus photo books with Apple, and so pleased I have now found Presto Photo. One question - would like to know how to organise to print the name of the book on the "spine" of the sleeve cover in "WHITE" - I could find other colours but not White. I have since ordered another book which arrived in Sydney a week ago, but has NOT been delivered as yet, probably still with Australia Post - I do hope so.
