The product was good as was the delivery and we have had several orders in the past with no problem, however as we have a faulty item on the last order which we wish to discuss we then found they are currently impossible to contact by phone and there is no email address for the company on the website (very poor). For a good company this is a real let down. Many of our suppliers are not offering phone queries due to limited staffing, but they all offer email contact.

Ordered items for Friday delivery early on Thursday morning. Didn’t get a confirmation email so rang them Friday to be initially told that my order would be delivered Monday as I ordered after 12 noon on Thursday. After questioning was told it would be delivered and they would ask the driver to texted when half hour away, this didn’t happen.

Driver arrived and instead of having 2 collard 3 meter brown soil pipes which I ordered, had 4 uncollard pipes.

I rang them and they confirmed the error and promised me they would deliver the correct pipes on Saturday. These did not arrive. I rang them again and was told there was some sort of error and the pipes would be delivered on Monday, which they were.

When I spoke to them on Saturday, I asked them for a gesture of goodwill in the form of a cash refund as I could not complete the job that weekend. I was told that they would consult with their supervisor and get back to me with an offer. Again this did not happen.

Hence my low score of 2 for this company.

Fantastic price - with 20% off during the bank holiday - I also asked for a delay in delivery by 2 weeks and they were perfectly fine with that.

Good product too !

They offered to reimbursed me for damaged goods without argument and being asked, this after surprising me with a morning delivery the next day.

I have used this company twice now and both times my order has arrived the next day by courier. This has to be one of the most efficient companies I have had the pleasure of dealing with and I will soon be placing my next order. They are helpful , pleasant and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of goods at highly competitive prices. Highly recommend.

All the goods were excellent and great value, sadly there was a mix up with the first delivery, a new driver who doesn't know how to read numbers, but resolved within the hour by the friendly efficient team at the local depot. Some faith in humanity was also restored when an honest neighbour returned the wrongly delivered goods which were picked up within minutes of a phone call**************

First delivery was not complete, ok it happens and could blame the courier. I had to chase order, but had to do via email, ok COVID does not help, had to chase again, they make another order, two weeks later still waiting for order, my job is now on hold as need delivery to continue. Delivery supposed to be on Friday, did not show up, another day wasted. Cannot call anyone to find out why track and trace website says delivered, even though it was not. Delivery finally arrives Saturday morning (good job I was home).
No email or phone call to keep me updated. I understand COVID situation has not helped, but surely they could contact customers when a delivery is not delivered when it should be!

I placed a large order over £300 which when delivered by Tufnells arrived all out of the packaging and had been thrown around I then had to purchase a further couple of items but delivery is a standard £10 and my order was less than £10 scandalous delivery charges, I won’t be recommending this company

Part of my order was missing, after 2 weeks I decided to complete the job without it. A further 2 weeks later still waiting on a refund for my missing part. Still this is during Covid 19 so can be excused.

First time I have used them and the service was first class. Item ordered was delivered very quickly and was well packed. And it fitted perfectly. Pipe clamp. Would definitely use again.
