The representative I worked with was very responsive and proactive. She kept me up to date on my order status and made sure I would received it in time for my event. I really appreciated PromotionPros reaching out to me, usually it is the customer who has to reach out and consistently check on the order, especially when they are on a close deadline like I was.

My partner and I are being married next month and we were looking for a unique wedding guest "favor." I searched on-line and found PromotionPros.com and in doing so I found Hillary Danaher. This woman has the best customer service skills I have encountered in a long time. She is patient, interested in her customers and what they have to say, she goes the extra mile in suggesting creative things, she follows-up, she is overall amazing. She is why I am now a PromtionPros.com customer. If American businesses could find ways to clone Hillary Danaher, their profits would soar. I am always a bit leery of doing things on-line, especially if I am not 100% sure of what I am looking for, but Hillary made it a pleasure and she walked me through every step of the process. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience in working with her. 100% top rating!

I highly recommend Promotion Pros. Your representative, Heather Zanon, was fabulous! She was helpful, friendly, funny and handled all of my concerns with such professionalism. Originally I wasn't sure what I wanted...she gave suggestions, send my ideas and even sent me info on items not seen online. She helped me to find the right gift for our staff back to school event. I received my large order in a timely manner and also received follow up from her. I will continue to use your company for all of our future needs. Thank you!

Heather was a great! She sent me samples to make sure I was happy with the product I was ordering. She kept following up with me to ensure I placed my order in time for my event. All around my experience with Promotion Pros has been great. I'm so excited to receive my products!

Very good experience. Your staff worked patiently with me to ensure that all artwork was set up perfectly. The final product was superb - print quality was great and the mug itself feels high-quality. Great job.

Promotion Pros went above and beyond to get me what I needed when I need it. A rush order that I needed by a certain date came EARLY and looked great. I didn't have to pay as much as I would have from other places. They really went the extra mile to make sure I got my stuff in time and were quick to respond when I needed their help. I really don't have anything to complain about. However, the one con from ordering from Promotion Pros is that they have to ship their stuff from Asia, which makes it difficult for them to get stuff to their customers quickly. Where I work, there are a lot of short deadlines, which will limit our ability to use them in the future. But hey, if they're willing to jump their own hoops and go the extra mile to make sure we get our stuff on time, that it looks great, and we don't have to spend as much, who cares where it ships from?

As I noted, I was a bit confused by the imprint location/color section...this was my comment upon placing my order. Within one hour customer service had contacted me and confirmed the details of my order, and within the day had sent me the mock-up of the imprint. I could not be happier. I felt my small order was given the highest priority: you cant beat that.

i was a little confused that I couldn't attach my artwork sample to my order and worried it might not find it's way to you. I phoned and was assured this was the correct way to order so I'm submitting art now separately. Thanks!

I am very happy how the products turned out. Kind of wish there were pockets but they are still very nice. It did take a little long than I expected but once they made it to FedEx we received them very quickly.

I have worked with other promotions companies and was not satisfied with the service. I called on a Saturday and to my surprise they answered the phone. Mike was very patient and took all the time I needed to explain the different options and helped me pick the best pen for what I was looking for

I had the pleasure working with Cathie Burton. She helped me with my order every step of the way. She was very knowledgeable and very patient with all of my questions. If it wasn't for Cathie's excellent customer service I would not have purchased from Promotionpros. Now I plan on being a return customer!

I needed information on delivery schedule. I called on Saturday at 1:15 p.m. CDST and the recording said open 8-4 on Saturday but NO answer. None on Chat with a Pro! either. Ordering has been frustrating.

This has been a an amazing experience working with Promotion Pros. Being in Hawaii it is always hard to communicate with companies in the 48 States because of the time difference. Promotion Pros was so helpful and understood this and actually called me several times at 10PM their time. The order process went very smooth

Sandi Gripentrog was my sales rep. We had 5 items to get pricing and proofs and some items were custom items. Sandi provided quotes and proofs in less than 24 hours. Cathie Burton worked with us on post-sale communications. Both women were excellent to work with. All items arrived in the timeline promised. Everything was perfect.

I found this company by accident and I am very glad I did. Their prices were great! I had trouble using my company credit card to complete the order. I called their company and they were more than helpful in assisting me with getting the order to go through. The credit card issue was on my end not theirs. Very friendly and helpful staff. My order arrived very quickly and everything was correct which in my experience is not the norm these days. I will be ordering from this company again for sure. Great job!

Fewer choices. But mainly, the webpage does not give you a chance to give email address for order confirmation. Secondly, it does not clearly state the date that I will receive it. I was unsure whether to order or not due to that.

Cathie was very friendly and extremely helpful, and quick to do a mock up of the crystal vase. It was produced and delivered very quickly and looks beautiful. They also follow up to make sure the product was delivered, & I was satisfied. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.
