I think it is better value for money, there price are more reasonable than other landlord insurers. Still insure your property for the same value. So ???? percent I will recommend. ????

Besides the competitive price, the cover exceeded similar priced quotes, i.e. the legal cover was four times a similar quote and there were no hidden terms such as one quote stated that I would have to get the flat roof on the property checked every year by a roofing contractor, which would greatly increase the hidden cost of that quote.

I ended with a broker, the quote was displayed in a name of one company and when proceed, it insured with the other one. I got the competitive price but so disappointed with the way how it went. Now I have to go through broker for everything.

I have only given you 3 stars because I originally placed an enquiry online for holiday let insurance quotation. I had no follow up email or phone call with regards to the quotation. I called you a week later and the quote was done over the phone and policy paid for over phone. If I had not followed up with a phone call you propably would have not received my business. I have another policy with you for but to let insurance so made sense to use you with both policies.

I used them once before they were good. I dealt with a dual insurance and they were so prompt with payment. I have new tenant so used them again as they are professional,friendly and very helpful
