I had been worried about how I was going to cover myself as a newly qualified Personal Trainer when I approached my mentor she recommended Protectivity, and I can honestly say the step by step procedure couldn’t have been more easier I had full cover within minutes and I was more than impressed with the quality of extras included and low monthly payments ????

I received an email, which quoted my new renewal premium of 68.56. It is stated that I have a 10% discount to add and my new premium is 68.56. And my previous premium was also 68.56. Please explain???????

Ease of use of the website, also my husband spoke to one of the representatives on the phone, a pleasant guy, this is our second consecutive year with protectivity insurance, and we would recommend them to others.

I purchased a renewal after my first year with Protectivity. The renewal reminder email was clear and it detailed my new premium and a link to follow to renew. Process was very easy online, walking me through each category and all the options. Really liked that I could add and remove options and see how that changed the cost.

When we were buying one of the policies we thought the system wouldn't let us complete the transaction I phoned the switchboard and we got help to complete the transaction then we found one of the policies had been done twice before I could let the company know the receptionist beat us to it the help we got was second to none

I tried to update and pay on line, but it had to be reviewed first, then the new renewal offer (unchanged) went to spam so didn't see it, had to keep ringing to get a quote and renewal, eventually got it done, a long process which had the right ending, needs to be much swifter, review and pay direct on line.

Making it possible to claim direct through a vet would be easier as i had to use money i didnt have to pay for vet bills meaning i had very little to live off of for 3 months while my claim was being processed.
