Bought 10 Pandora style beads for my grandmother for her birthday on October 11 to make a necklace out of her birthstone. The beads were all crafted in the highest quality and amazed my grandmother with their beauty. I will be ordering more Pandora style charms from Pugster in the future.

I placed an order on 12/17/11 and paid $9.00 extra for priority shipping to receive in 2-3 days so I could get it far enough in advance of Christmas; however I did not receive the package until after Christmas. Then when I did receive it, it was missing 2 of the 9 charms I had ordered, even though I was charged for the full order. I have tried calling Pugster several times on both lines and no one ever answers and there is no voicemail option. I have also emailed and have not gotten a response regarding the missing charms. I would appreciate a response to either receive a refund for the missing charms or the expedited shipping charge I paid but did not receive on time.

"I placed an order on 12/18/11, until now 01/27/12 didn't received anything. I have tried calling Pugster several times on both phone numbers and no one ever answers and there is no voicemail option, was waiting for one hour. I have also emailed 2 times and have not gotten a response regarding to my order. " Never order from Pugster, you will loose your money!

I recently made a purchase from Pugster and had a great experience. The beads are beautiful and look just like Pandora. The quality is top notch and the customer service is terrific! They have a really nice website that's easy to use, has lots of choice and the prices are inexpensive. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from them again. I highly recommend this site!

The products are nice (although it took 3 different orders for the writing on a custom Italian charm to be correct; but the company was very responsive in re-doing, and re-doing, and re-doing the charm). Downside: the Italian charms are miserable to get on.
Huge Downside: the packaging is COMPLETELY ENVIRONMENTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE!!!! Each item -every single little bead or charm- comes packaged in its own plastic bag. I ordered dozens of beads, and got dozens of non-recyclable plastic bags. I wanted the beads, not the plastic, because I like to make jewelry, not destroy the environment!!!

Order took 20 days to ship, will arrive after Christmas. When i pointed out I was displeased they said...there is a disclaimer saying that it could take forever for your item to ship. - Awesome. So first and last purchase from Pugster. I would have been happy to pay overnight shipping to have my item in time for Christmas, I just didn't know it would take 20 days to ship.

I place my order for 8 beads on Friday afternoon. I paid for standard shipping which is 6 to 9 days. I received my order on Monday. The beads were exactly what I was looking for. I reccomend buyers use PayPal when buying anything online even when it's a secure site.

I am dissatisfied, first of all, with the website, as it does not allow you to complete steps necessary to process your order.
1) I tried to order a "personalized" Italian charm, but it doesn't open a window for you to make the personalization!
2) When starting to check out I came to a point where it stated I would be able to add coupons/gift cards before submitting my order, but that screen never appeared. I was also not notified when/where I could redeem my Pugster Points during the checkout process.
Secondly, there is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
1) As I was maneuvering the check out process my order was "submitted" even though I did not want to (waiting on that promised screen to redeem points, etc.)
2) I left a phone message to cancel the order so I could make the adjustment and never received a return call.
3) I was unable to send an email.

So now I am being charged for items at a price I didn't want to be charged at and no way to rectify the problem. I have typically been satisfied with Pugster, but not this time.

I ordered a pair of crystal earrings for a formal event and as usual I had waited until the last minute so I was a little worried it would get to me on time. Pugster got my items to me within 4 days with express shipping. Amazing. I love the earrings and they go perfect with my dress. Thank you!

I ordered from Pugster for the first time on Feb . 28 2015 I ordered 45 different items some for myself and some for family I was worried at first when order status didn't change for a couple of says so I contacted Pugster and was explained to to me that I ordered something that was special made and it took a couple of extra days for my order to be prepared. It was shipped and sent out I received it on time everything was beautiful I couldn't have asked for more and for such a great price. Nina at customer service was wonderful too and very helpful just placed my second order !!!!!!!!! Thanks Pugster Mrs. Heim
