I ordered 2 cases one for s20 plus and one for s10.when I received the package it only had 1 case in it and it wasn't even the correct case I've tried to email and call with no luck still waiting on a response

I love my case. It was shipped on time and everything. Although it was the wrong color lime green is one of my favs anyway. They offered an exchange but I'm keeping it. I gave the 4 stars because of the color. Anywho I will continue to shop with Punkcases. I believe yall are better than otterbox and more reasonable as well. Thanks guys!

Was so excited for the case I ordered, just to find out they sent the wrong one. When you try to contact them no one gets back to you I've been trying for days now both calling & email. I'm about to do a PayPal dispute for them.

Perfect waterproof phone case and they're really worth the price! Got the first one for my S8 last March 19, 2018 and it lasted til Jan 14, 2019 cause I used it the whole time even though I'm not swimming or using it underwater so it was really worn off and the buttons were torn off, I just loved how protected my phone was. I loved that the built-in screen protector worked really well even though the sensitivity of your phone is not high at all, like I used so many glass protectors before buying punkcase and the screen protector makes it difficult to type or play your games. So I really recommend Punkcase.

Fantastic case, slightly thicker than I thought it would be. Fits great but the hole for the earphones is to small and slightly off centre meaning neither of my headphones will fit in.
The depth of the case makes using the finger print scanner a bit awkward, I can only get the tip of my finger to scan so had to re done my finger print settings. Due to the thickness it will no longer fit in the car cradle...annoying
But overall it does what I wanted and it allows me to recharge my on the go anywhere without the need to plug in.

With an online discount, ended up cheaper than Amazon, plus I rather pay the company directly, better for them better for me, I just hope for a speedy delivery and a well made, long lasting, durable product

Received my samsung s10+ cover case. Very satisfied with the design, but only one thing wrong, my case has an inch & a half scratch on the upper left corner of the clear plastic glass. It's the first thing I noticed when I opened box.

The battery case is good, this is my second case as the first is dying. Though there is no integrated kickstand in this case! Your advertising and item detail is incorrect. Not that you care as you've got my money now. I just hope the new case recharges my mobile as advertised...

I found it a bit difficult to apply the discount code for my case. The link sent me to the appropriate code # but upon checkout it was not obvious re: where to apply it and it took 2-3 clicks to get it to take after I typedin the code.. The mobile version of the software page(s) could use a tweak for visual use.

I got exactly what I ordered and earlier than expected. It fits my phone perfectly and no interference with any of the phones functions. My finger print reader still works. I got the Navy Seal case for my galaxy Note 9. After seeing the negative reviews I was sceptical, but I'm very happy with my purchase!

Everything was great except I was sent the wrong color. It would have been a 5star purchase if I received the correct color...I would have given 4stars if it wasnt the ugliest color of the bunch but it is still a decent case for the price and shipping was quick

This is my second PunkCase. I am ordering a new case for my Samsung Note 10 Plus. The cases are sturdy and well built. I am the type of person that needs a full phone case. I often drop my phone, get it wet, and sometimes dirty. These cases hold up well in all these situations. My only complaint is that sometimes it is hard to hear during phone calls. People often say they can barely hear me and sometimes I can barely hear them. People have also said that my phone echoes. Other than that I like the cases.

No matter what I tried with those stickers, I could not get the fingerprint scanner to work when I got the case on. They're sending me more stickers, so I hope that works. They need to make a case where the fingerprint scanner works without messing with these stupid stickers. ?

This is a great case!. Better than Lifeproof and only half the cost. I would've given it 5 stars but the fingerprint thing was extremely difficult to do. I did eventually get it to work, but not by following the instructions

This case looks nice and protective ... but every time I plug it in to charge it and my phone it won’t do it... so I have to plug each item in separately in order for my phone to charge.. it’s kinda frustrating. Def returning this. Not worth the money spent on it.
