We have previously owned Quingo scooters but when my husband died in July I decided to get a new Classic. I was able to use the solid tyres and the wing mirror from his scooter. With the Classic's extra miles I have been able to go into town and keep a hospital appointment without the worry of lack of power. I love it!

I love my Quingo, I lost confidence when I fell off a previous scooter, but when I did a test drive on my Quingo my confidence came back immediately I couldn't wait for my Quingo to arrive thanks to your salesman he was great with me and reassured me I was going to be ok, and I was. I love my quingo 1000%.

From the first time of contact until now the company have been excellent with information on the scooter,the driving of it,the various settings to make it more comfortable and phone calls since buying to make sure all was okay.

Found it a bit difficult at first at 87 things don't come so easy but after speaking to your young man taking his advice doing okay it certainly is very corfortable and easy to learn

The "Quingo" Vitess 2
I'm impressed with the torque of the motor it has more than enough grunt to run up the hills where I live, I think you need to move the on/off key, as it likes biting my knees when I get on or off ,
I also think the 100amp batteries as an option, would be a good Idea ,as the terrain around here in general is hard work, I'm getting about 15 miles between charges ,as opposed to the up to 30 miles as advertized , these are the only two gripes I have,
I have found it comfortable size wise , and easy to control , easy to manoeuvre, the ride comfort is excellent , having the fully insured/breakdown service option included in my two year rental plan puts my mind at rest, and means I can relax and enjoy my "Quingo" vitess

iWas given an apointment for a engineer to atend my scooter to sort out a problem,last monday , when no one turned up i rang them to be told they had no knolage of my phone call. I have only had the scooter a mounth and was not inpresed.

I should have bought my Quinco years ago!!! Such a please to feel safe and secure and to get my independence back. ( Even the young school boys have paid my scooter a compliment or two - sweet!). I highly recommend the Quinco range of mobility scooter. Safety on wheels

Hi there, having purchased the mobility scooter a year ago, I can hyonestly say that that it has been 100% reliable. Having the stability of a four-wheeler combined with the manoeuvrability of a three wheeler, my wife has had no problems with driving it. Therefore, I have no hesitation in highly recommending the scooter. However, having just received a reminder for the yearly service agreement and considering the costs high, we will not be renewing. from e-mail contact form on a sunday got a call next day made a appointment for rep to call on the Thursday he explained all about Quingo then he got out the Scooter from van and I was taken on a test drive including driving test. I got back and placed a order my Quingo was told it would be delived next Friday. I was called on the following week to confirm delivery .The man set up scooter to my requirements the made sure I was comfortable on it then another test drive to confirm it comfortable on return he explained how to charge it and showed me how to put cover on.Since then I have had 3 phone calls to check on how I am getting on with my scooter and asking if everytning was fine.
