one of the packages was badly broken and the shelving inside cracked and broken off maybe not your fault but courier will send photos separately.

I ordered the shelving at 3pm and it arrived the next day. Great service and fantastic product, I would highly recommend.

I ordered two shelving units, only one arrived. I phoned to notify Customer Service and was told the second unit will be with me one day later, nothing arrived. I have contacted Customer service again and I have been told the second unit will be with me tomorrow, lets see if it arrives.
The one unit that arrived has a damaged hardboard shelf. The unit itself is ok.

The first delivery was damaged but Nathan on customer services managed to get me a second delivery the next day but then the delivery driver was not very helpful expecting me to help him carry what was a heavy load then one of the components was not quite right and took an awful lot of work to get it fitted it didn’t come with instructions but again Nathan was very good and email them to me and talk them through

Next day delivery was welcomed but Courier upon arrival struggled with the loaded pallet on his back which he had to drop due to the weight potentially damaging the goods. I then discovered I had received some wrong items so couldn't put the goods together

I had to call to find out that the item was going to be delivered days late, when your website said 2 to 3 days delivery. No time slot given for delivery - just happened to be in.

I ordered racking Monday morning 8 am. web site states 3 day delivery, racking arrived Friday afternoon, made lots of calls, staff unsure of a delivery time and date until Thursday morning , Rapid use DX couriers, they seem difficult to get hold of, the delivery was in Yorkshire, so not to far from Gloucester, . Room for improvement there, But more importantly the racking is of good quality and needs two people to put together,

The delivery came next day even though I’d been pre-warned it might take several days in current circumstances. Everything was well packed and the shelving is excellent quality - couldn’t be easier to build. The ordering was friendly and helpful

I purchased racking, workstations from these people years ago when I redeveloped our workshop and it’s still as good as ever, so no hesitation to buy for my shed racking.

Ordered 26 May - Firstly we weren't told that our order was being split into two deliveries. Customer service weren't aware of this and thought it had been delivered, they then said they were waiting on stock that was coming in on the 5 June, and would be delivered by 9th of June at the latest - chased again on the 10th after no delivery, told it will be with us by the 12th. It is now the 15th and we are still waiting! The lack of communication about any delays & issues is infuriating.

Ordered shelving tues 9th June, on the understanding it would arrive next day.
Tracking didn't work, so had to chase by phone.
Was then told to expect delivery Friday
Didn't arrive
On Saturday, the racking legs arrived but nothing else...….

The shelving was ordered and then delivered within two days. During the current situation that is an excellent service. The shelving is easily constructed and perfect for the job intended.

Excellent service, Came I 2 parcels that got delivered on 2 different days. Called customer services after the first package arrived and they were very helpful making sure the second parcel arrived.

Just received this invitation to review the service from Rapid Racking, but as the goods I ordered 5 days ago still haven’t been delivered, I don’t actually have a physical product to review yet. Headline delivery when browsing is next day, pop up when completing order says extended to 3 days, but the reality is actually beyond that. Fingers crossed the product is better than the level of service experienced so far.

Despite us all being at home i just found the we missed you card, the driver couldnt have knocked very hard and with 2 cars on the drive it would be fairly obvious people were here also on the card it didnt specify which service centre to contact, that box was just left blank
