I booked a vacation with redtag and a couple days later the price ended up decreasing. Having read that they offer price drop assurance I figured I would just call in and have the cost adjusted, well was I ever wrong. When I phoned in (I waited almost 1.5hrs) the customer service rep just rudely told me they don't offer that, despite it being easy to find online, and it was my mistake. I would highly recommend booking through another provider that gives you some type of compensation/reassurance if they choose to adjust the price

Tried to change my flight due to COVID, never a reply after hours on the phone, so I had to rebook a new flight that cost $566 that I could not afford, however was ordered to come home by our government. No one has contacted me to refund the cancelled flight or offer a flight voucher . I have booked many times with redtag but this was a terrible experience so probably would not in future.

I recently cancelled my vacation due to the Covid 19 outbreak. As directed by Victoria my red tag representative who took my call. She informed me that although I did not have travel insurance and that under the conditions from the Covid 19 outbreak, I am eligible for a air canada credit. I have received my cancellation documents from red tag, however there was no indication stating that I have a credit. Please forward to me a document of my account that states my credit is in place and valid.

We got caught up the the COVID-19 crisis and Redtag.ca was there for us in every way. Unfortunately we got cancelled off the flight but this had nothing to do with them.

Very bed customer service, I have to wait 4 hours before someone response me. Also Air Canada cancel their flights but they kept the money and issue travel vouchers.

I had a very good experience with our Agent Tamela Bennett she was very helpful knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She suggested things for us to do on our vacation as well. I will definitely use Tamela On future travel and suggest her to all my family and friends.

I could not board my flight because the US changed rules regarding Canadian citizens connecting through US airports after ticket purchase and Redtag was NO help in dealing with this. NEVER AGAIN . My wife calls them REDFLAG

I rates a three because I was put on hold for 30 minutes by one of your reprsentatives to be told there was nothing she could do, Ended up calling the carrier where my concerns were met miuch more timely and professional

I rated a 4 becuz I didn't find the customer service rep as helpful as could of been. Everything was you need to contact the carrier. last time I booked wth redtag to go to the Dominican the representative was amazing and soooo helpful I would have given 6 stars which is why I was using redtag again. not as impessed this time!!!!

The Travel Consultant I dealt with from Red Tag was Sheila Holder and she was beyond EXCELLENT! Answered any questions I had in a very timely manor, before and after our trip, very personal and professional. My next trip I book with Red Tag will be with HER and ONLY HER! After my booking was done I realized that I have forgotten to purchase the medical insuranc.I contacted through email with one of the agent(her name was Mara).She responded in a minute and service was very professional.Than Jessie (another agent)helped me to fix my mistake and answered a few questions.Very satisfied of they service

I had to cancel my trip tree days ahead of time and within 24 hours of my booking the trip. I phoned, I emailed, Nobody got back to me.

At a time with so much uncertainty Dawna at Redtag was so very reassuring and quick to reply to my many emails regarding our unfortunately cancelled trip to Cuba. The service provided when booking our trip was just as great, Thank you Dawna

Consientious of my concerns of booking a vacation and afterwards, days later
i read that Air Canada wasn't traveling to Varadero after my all inclusive vacation was leaving days earlier..I was told "Red Tag" and Air Canada take care of their people which I've been a loyal customer for decades with Air Canada and over a decade with Red Tag..so I'm told we will get an automatic credit to our vacation plans, and
this is a fair client resolution if the "flights don't go out" which I'm told they will go to Varadero as planned June 29th and gave me an option to cancel now and get the credit for the vacation of my family of 4..What more can you ask for?
If everyone wanted a monetary "return of our money" this would be harmful to all as no one wants our national airline to go "under" and certainly not one of their loyal providers Red Tag.. this is how I see it..Jackie Laurin, Ottawa

I booked a direct flight and a couple days over I receive an email that there is now a stop over. I booked a direct flight for an important reason! And I can’t believe it remains the same price!
