Overall very satisfied, only one issue the bumper blocks and blots were too big for the slots on the vehicle bumper had to grind them down, the bolt spring pull wires are great. It's strong and looks good. The hitch fit (holes line up with vehicle were spot on)!

I bought a new Forester in November. Hitches for this vehicle weren't available until February 2019 since Subaru upgraded the frame for the Forester. So I was a little leery that this might not fit well. I've installed a couple of hitches on my other cars that had to be modified/drilled out to align with vehicle openings, etc.

This was perfect. They send 6 wires for snaking the bolts through the frame....some vendors have only sent 1 or 2. And each wire has a slight bend at the tip that made snaking almost automatic. Maybe the Trailer Hitch Gods were just being kind to me but it was easy and this is a heavy receiver.

In all, Reesehitches had the best price. Delivery was fast, packing was excellent. so, THANKS!

Hitches came in on time but I ordered 2 hitches with one receiver lock got back ordered but the customer service is great work with you on every step to make you satisfied

I got my hitch today went to put it on with the fish wire provided but messed three out of four up would’ve been nice to include a few extra fish wires ended up having to pay a professional to install it for me

I ordered the 10" dual hitch receiver to install on the back of our motorhome in oder to flat tow our vehicle and to carry our Mini RAD bike rack as well on the motorhome. LOVE IT!! it fits perfect on our motorhome, we did have to fix our bike rack to fit the motorhome because the rack tongue fit behind our Jeep and was too long for the back of the motorhome. But its an easy fix!! Very happy with the dual hitch! And the price was great!

Parts came on time as described and on estimated time but one of the threads on the wheels assembly was damaged in shipping and now we are hoping to TRY and hope it fits.

The Reese bolt plates I received were exactly what I needed to finish my hitch receiver install after having a weld nut break off while removing the tow hook from my Honda Pilot.

Took me 15 min. search to leave this review they don't made it easy. Paid $245 for a pictured advertised hitch w/2 and half shank. What I received was a 2 inch shank with an adapter slid over it. Doesn't have the strength I thought I bought and wouldn't have if I'd known what it really was. Called the mfg they make the 2 and a half but I didn't get it. Lookout for these guys be sure what your getting.

I ordered the wrong wiring harness for the trailer brake controller that I purchased. The customer service dept corrected the problem and sent me the correct one the same day !!!

I have owned and used a convert-a-ball hitch for about 8 years and they are great if installed correctly ( must bolt ), I only bought a new one because I needed a off-set for my short bed, I am impressed so far with the quality, it took me about 1 hour to install by my self ( it would be easier with 2 guys ) by far the best hitch on the market in my opinion and I’ve had several over the years

I only bout 2 small things for 20.00 bucks. But it was correct and well packed. I will definitely use reese's again.

The hitch receiver on my 2001 F150 has 1/32 of play when I put the ball hitch in.
So I order a new Reese hitch to solve that problem.
What a heart break to find out my new $200 hitch is the same way. And not even made by Reese.
If this can not be corrected, at this time I am making a request that I be able too return my purchase. Thanks Steve Taylor

Bought a new 2020 Subaru Forester Tour. If they installed a OEM hitch it would have cost me almost $700! That's how dealers make a bigger profit. My dealer checked and verified that the 2020 used the same hitch and "T" connector as the 2019 Subaru Forester Tour. Reecehitches had a DrawTite hitch for the 2019 on sale as well as the bet "T" connector. Order them and they arrived right on time. Had a local trailer rental store install it for me and I have less than $400 in my hitch total. Subaru OME hitch would have cost me more than that and I would have had to pay them $400+ to put it on.

Couldn't be a happier cyclist (the hitch is for my bike rack). Now if all the snow we have in Western Michigan would just melt and we get an "Indian Summer" so we can take a few more rides!
