Regency (South Australia) installed two shower screens in my home which I was very happy with so when it came to updating Mum's shower screen I called them again. The screen was measured, manufactured and installed very quickly and I am again very happy with it. The installer (Nathan Binns) was friendly, arrived on time, and cleaned up after himself. Would definitely use them again.

Mitch gave us great advice about what to install, was easy to deal with and it was all delivered and installed on time by Tony who had the job done in no time and was most helpful.

I work for a builder and we use Regency for our robe doors, mirrors, shower screens and splashbacks. Every house that I have seen built has had quality products installed by Regency. Their white backed glass robe doors look amazing. Shawn Paul is our rep and is great to deal with. He has excellent product knowledge and will always recommend an alternative if something isn't going to work. He also gets quotes back super quick, I have never had to follow one up!

We required 3 new wardrobes and Regency came in at the best price (fit/finish) Went with them and were really happy with the product and install and installer Chris Read. The only thing wasn't happy about was how the wardrobe looked with the duct. Went back to Regency who I would have thought would have done this minor change for free considering their plans were wrong but I paid in the end.

When they came back to install the missing piece the installer was rushed and damaged the panel (also fit and finish was poor) thankfully Chris Read came out again 1 week later and did an exceptional job. If you want a quality finish ask for Chris, couldn't be happier other than having to pay for the missing panel that should have been done in the initial drawing. Cheers, Con Papailiou

Three year old shower screen and frame. Small section of powder coating peeled away. Went to Regency to enquire how I might touh it up given the screen was well out of warranty. However, staff informed me the coating should not come off. Asked me to send them photos for them to submit to manufacturer for consideration of warranty repair. Response was affirmative in that the full section would be replaced. No charge for service. I was very surprised and expressed my grateful appreciation of their assistance. New section was installed last week and shower looks brand new. Bonus and we will certainly continue to do business with Regency.

Prompt service thanks to Steve Watkins quote was returned quickly and the installer was very neat with his work bathroom area was tidied up. Thanks again Steve will be in contact for more quotes soon.

I'm a building supervisor, Regency have been installing 90% of my Wardrobes, Shower screens & mirrors for the past 6 years. I deal with Gary Creeley & find his knowledge of Regency's products is always up to date, he prompts me on ant new product's. Regency are always prompt on there service with great products for either low budget or high market products. Its a pleasure to deal with Regency & there team of Rep's & installers.

Explained in great detail and showed different options, Stephen knows his products.Installiations went well, looks perfect. Great quality and cannot fault it at all, they made it specifically for my size wardrobe.

From the initial contact with the representative to installation was 11 days.
The price was very competitive
( the same as 7 years previously)
The installer was prompt, efficient and very tidy.

Bad experience, measurer came and measured up, installer then arrived should have been a two person job re lift and tight space, my husband and to give an hour and half of his time to help installer. When doors had been installed marks on mirrors was discovered on them and one did not close the lady who measured came and changed door handles on inside very helpful so door would close a cheap option to correcting door not fitting. I contacted Regency and spoke to sales manager and other to explain situation they did not want to listen, I asked for compensation due to there incompetence and my husband taking time of work to help he agreed to a $50.00 compensation - what a joke. very bad experience I would not recommend this company

We first used Regency to have our robe doors installed a few years ago. They did a marvelous job. This time its time for the shower screens to be replaced. Stephen Watkins turned up again same guy who measured up our robes. He was on time, efficient and knows his products well. He gave us options of styles, heights, and extras you can have with shower screens. Quotes were done on site and and emailed through even before Stephen left our property. The quotes are reasonably priced compared to the competition. Thank you Regency

I have been dealing with Regency for many years. The rep arrived on time and was very helpful advising of the best solution. Order was processed and installed at the appointed time. Good job all round.

Firstly, we want to thank Stephen for his service and expertise.

It was noted that he listened to what we wanted to achieve, and took that on board when presenting possible solutions whilst also incorporating ideas for an even better result.

We appreciated his communication keeping us up to date with estimated time of arrival, running through the quotes whilst at the premises, and being available via email and phone to answer our questions., before and after the job.

We have recently engaged Stephen’s services again for another project and have no hesitation in recommending him.

I am extremely happy with my entire experience from my first enquiry with Jayne who is a delight to deal with, Aleasha whose knowledge and recommendations allowed me to choose confidently for the measure and quote and Tom who was tidy, polite and arrived on time for the installation.
The service and products are top quality and I would not hesitate to recommend Regency to my family and friends.

I have been using regency shower screens for all my renovation and new home projects, including my own home for over 10years now. From quote to installation, they have been very professional and deliver quality outcomes. Especially their sales agent Carl Baravelli, who is highly experienced and a strong advocate of right design for a great outcome. Carl has provided his guidance for achieving functional and cost effective wardrobes and shower screens. From Eileen street in 2010 till recent palm beach crescent property last month, i have always been a happy customer and strongly recommend Regency.

Jan Carlzon, once the President of Scandanavian Airlines, wrote a book about moments of truth. They are the moments when a customer comes in contact with a service or product provider. Carlzon believes that they are the moments that ultimately determine whether the company will succeed or fail as a company.

They are worth money to the seller of the service or product. But what many sellers fail to realise is that the money is not just the immediate sale .. of the shirt, or the hamburger, or the perfume, or the car. The moment of truth can lead to repeat business from the customer and the customers family, friends and work colleagues.

In all of our several 'moments' with Stephen Watkins, he has been punctual, professional, informative and helpful. It's really because of him that we have purchased Regency product.

Now this review is based on my experience from 12 months ago so they might have got their act together since then but I doubt it. From the moment I placed my order and paid a deposit they were hopeless. I had to call 3 separate occasions to simply find out when my screen was going to be installed and that was a week past it's estimated delivery. Then when they were expected to come and install the showescreen the guy was a no show with no phone call. Only after complaining and dealing with the manager did someone come. So here we are over 2 weeks past the expected date I think finally I can put this behind me but nope, one of the panels was measured incorrectly and they had to get it remade. After promises from the manager it would be sorted in a few days... guess what more no shows and not even a phone call to explain why... again back on the phone complaining to him... about him. Took 2 no shows to finally get it in and within a month the door started squeaking. So even after all the rubbish service, I didn't even get a good product. I woukd never use these guys again.
