Bathroom Kitchen Resurfacing

I have now had three jobs in investments for myself and a client completed by this business. I discussed with Mat the "negative reviews" left on this site and the position of the business. I'm not one for posting reviews on any platform, however some posted on this site are extremely unfair.
Its very clear that there are always two sides to each story! the "verified customer" banner may provide a more factual experience.
I can confirm my dealings with Resurface It! have always been prompt, professional and reliable.
I have had surfaces in bathrooms and kitchens updated and each and every time the service has been impeccable.

I also spoke with a previous customer before I engaged the business, and their experience had been perfect too!

I will continue to use and recommend Resurface It!

But after the job is completed, i can say that i cannot find anything wrong with mat and his business.

Communications with mat was good and easy. He turned up on time (before i arrived). The bath tub was resurfaced properly and his price is competitive.

I am not sure if the negative reviews are true or not, but I am sure my experience is definitely positive.

Had a QCat order against them in the Magistrates Court Queensland of which I was awarded over $1500 (09/16)
which they have NEVER paid! You have been warned.

I have given a few ''product reviews'' on different products over the years. My personal experience with this latest circumstance confirms more than ever how important this facility is. We decided to look at changing the kitchen benchtops and noticed an ad on Gumtree in our outer North Brisbane area for this, and replied. After 3 days we heard nothing then left a query on the site and a [name removed] rang and said they had been busy with kids etc but took details of what we wanted.He began a real sales spiel about doing hundreds of baths on the Gold Coast but could fit us in.''normally 3 prices mate $1700 large $1500 medium $1300 smallI but for you I will do it for $1300 just tell me what color! when I began asking for a site where the work could be seen..or could we meet up..he sent some shots via sms which were very indistinct,when I pressed for more definition about him and his company he just dropped off and hasn't been heard of since..thank god.!
I have just had a look at ''product review'' on this service and found all these submissions!!!! given myself a swift uppercut for not looking here before all this.

I recently engaged Mat from Resurface It to upgrade my Bathrooms and Kitchen for an investment property. From the out set I found Mat very professional and easy to deal with. We had a short window to get this work done and the results were excellent and for a very reasonable price. I can recommend Resurface It and would not hesitate to use them again.

I didn't see these reviews prior to engaging Mat on a job for a rental property I own at Beenleigh as I had engaged him via another website that has multiple positive reviews. To be honest I'm quite shocked at the negative reviews on product review, I found him easy to deal with, he did a skilled job and all for a very reasonable price. My old bath and the surrounding tiles look like new, an amazing transformation. I would not hesitate to use him in the future. I'm surprised others want to pursue him via channels like the QBCC as he didn't want to take money off me until the job was finished and I had seen it and was happy. He did extra work while waiting for paint to cure at no extra charge also, how many tradies would do that these days? Anyway as you can tell I was very happy with his services.
