Everything worked out as expected, purchase, delivery. In the products they sell you can't fail - mainstream high quality items. If you want to physically touch the stuff, go to your local Sony-Canon-Nikon representative and enjoy.

Tbh I tried paying for the product twice yesterday, I got confirmation that order information was OK from bank, but order wasn't placed in your shop. This morning I think I managed to complete purchase, but there were some errors as well... Overall the price of goods is more than fair so I guess minor difficulties with payment shouldn't be much of an issue for me to recommend you and/or shop here again. Kind regards, Dario Kurnik

Lack of product information, I basicly do not know if i buy compatible lens with my camera. :( what is difference between af and afs you could have made so much more money guys! lack of information, lack of spending more.

It was good. I received the product from uK so dont know how I will manage the after sales. Also the lens was not straight and the box has a mark on it. Small however it had a dent and the cardboard had a hole.

The only missing thing is deduction of VAT for companies under VIES system. Batteries received were dead and I had to send them back via post to get a refund that I still need to check, I don't think I got it.

The worst web shopping in my whole life. I was waiting 40 days instead of 5 days to receive a parcel. The contact person Michael Hann answered several times with the same sentence. I will quote his words " I will immediately contact DHL and ask for the location and an update, when DHL reply I will contact you with more information, apologies for the delay." If you are looking forward to being without any information where is your money and when your parcel will come on your address, rhinocamera.com is the best place for you. If not, dealing with rhinocamera.com you will pass through the nightmare or horror movie!

Unfortunately I couldn't check the stock (unavailable in my country?), but in live chat the staff has answered all my questions. The purchase was easy. The package was poor. Therefore the original box was damaged. The information of the product on your web-site is very basic, even the content of the box is not described.
