The camera came as promised. On the webpage, a flash card was recommended that did not fit the camera. It was returned. Money returned as well. A small hick-up in connection with the shipment in that, there is no addressee on the package. This led to some misunderstandings with the courier service that eventually cost me a bottle of Sancerre that I had to give to my neighbour.

Hej, Købte udstyr for ca 25,000. Så det vil man jo rigtigt gerne ha mellem hænderne så hurtigt som muligt! Men der gik hele 8-9 dage inden jeg fik det leveret... Jeg kan ikke huske at man kunne vælge forskellige leverings alternativer, eller det var i hvertfald ikke ret tydeligt at det ville gå såååååå lang tid. Det var godt nok irriterende og isærklass det langsomste jeg nogensind oplevt (uanset hvad jeg bestil hvorhen fra i verden). Det skal i lave om hvis jeg skal handle hos jer igen... det gider jeg ikke en anden gang. Ellers gode priser og, fint sortiment og god hjemmeside. Mvh //Jonas

Simple and efficient website layout, easy to navigate on a tablet. Only thing i found missing was the ability to navigate to the product page from the checkout page i.e. to swiftly check if any accessories are needed. Shipping went as expected and there were no problems with the package or the content within - good amount of protective bubblewrap so no worries on that part! Overall a nice, hassle free experience and i would definitely order from rhinocamera again if needed.

The delivery takes too much time - 2 weeks. I was missing the memory card in the first delivery. After another week the memory card came. The camera case broke on the second day. There is a production fault in the zipper, which came apart after two days. George

Some of your products where the cheapest, but not all of what I searched. I wanted the Canon 24mm EF-S f2.8 STM, however as I said I am able to find it easy 2-300dkk cheaper elsewhere. Further when adding the lenzes with a addon as the UV filter, it is strange to me that I have to delete the whole line if I want to change only to have the lenz and not include the filter

Stort udvalg...billigste pris på det produkt jeg købte....og foreslået pakker som passer til produktet....hurtig levering hvis du bestiller samme dag inden kl.13......ellers 4-5 dages levering! Informativ beskrivelse af produkt på siden som gør det lettere at vælge

I have received my package, first shipment was lost while second shipment arrived after 2-3 weeks without problems. I was offered refund while I needed the part so I requested second shipment. Overall I'm satisfied with the service while speed of delivery was not good.

Fast shipment, the camera arrived in perfect condition and everything was great. Excellent price and good service. What else can you ask for? If I need a new camera or lens, I definitively check in rhinocamera first!

Det var nemt at finde rundt på hjemmesiden og bestilling og betaling fungerede godt - håber at leveringen er lige så effektiv. Leverede forkert objektiv, så jeg brugte tid på at sende tilbage og få sendt et nyt.

Positiv oplevelse! Det var første gang jeg handle hos Rhinocamera og kan kun sige godt om firmaet. Varen var pakket rigtig godt og leverering som lovet, ingen problemer! Prisen på produktet var den billigste på markedet og ankom i løbet af 6 dage med DHL. Kender ikke til returnering og reklamationservice hos Rhinocamera

Jeg modtog ingen ordrebekræftelse før jeg selv spurgte efter en og der kom heller ikke nogen track and trace fra GLS på min pakke, så jeg var lidt nervøs for at jeg havde "brugt" en fake netshop. Men min pakke kom og den var i orden og prisen var også i orden.

Sorry - answering questionnaires using a phone is not my best qualification. The ordered items was delivered in good shape - a little long delivery time but not a problem. Only really annoying thing is that the mails regarding the items/delivery originates from 'strange' places.

Note that your SD-card's label do not match what was on what I ordered on the website, I have no formal way of confirming the quality of the product (Capacity+speed) before buying. Noting here that it hasn't failed so this is not a negative comment, just a weary one. Amazon has been caught selling fake HC SD cards, so upping the transparency can move you in a good direction PR wise.

Ok, but surprised that I had to fill out this before I can get an order confirmation,,, That's bad You sent the orderconf to me by mail when I asked for it,np,, It was ok. I did not get the full order at first but a mail to you and you sent the rest of the order,np,,, It was ok. I am sure I'll be back another time

Let at bestille. Venter nu på levering. Nu leveret med rimelig leveringstid. Jeg returnerer varen på grund af fejlkøb, og det har jeg fået fin hjælp til pr mail. Svarer hurtigt på mails. Venter nu på at Rhinocamera's returafdeling genåbner (Corona), så giver de besked om procedure. Kan anbefales.

Ordered Fuji X-T30 camera. Arrived one month later. Requiring about delay did not help. Blamed DHL and Corona - however according to DHL tracking the package was picked up from Birmingham the day BEFORE arrival. It was obviously a stock issue that you apparently did not admit to.
