Don't buy, scammers!
The product is not sent, the money is not refunded while they are constantly lying. When you complain, they write arrogant letters. I recommend no one buy from them because they will cheat!

I ordered a Nikon Z5 on black Friday in 2021 on the Rhinocamera's website, the company didn't send me the tracking number, the excuse for that is what they called "the bulk shipping": once this bulk of packages are been delivered to a specific region they scatter off, and only at that time a tracking number will form, and I stupidly trusted them. The man that I always contacted is called Miguel Garcia he kept blaming the COVID pandemic for the delay. Before Christmas I asked him if the camera was able to arrive before Christmas, Garcia said yes off the top of his head. Now 3 months later after I bought it, I haven't received anything, I've already canceled this order since January due to this seemed infinitive delay, they said the money had been refunded immediately and it might take a working week to successfully receive it, after 2 weeks of waiting, not to my surprise, nothing has gone into my account. I imagined some other possibilities that might delay this refundment like the money has been refunded to the wrong credit card, so I asked him to send me proof of this refundment, and...well I guess I wouldn't be here if he sent me that.
So the conclusion I think Is pretty obvious, don't buy anything from Rhinocamera, don't be another fool like me who would ever buy something expensive on a small website.

I lost 150 euros with this company. Never sent the item and never had a refund. Don't buy anything here.

Absolutely dreadful experience! I ordered my Sony Alpha two months ago (order 810820), and it hasn’t arrived yet. Customer support is not giving me any information about the location of the parcel, they just blame DHL for the delay. No tracking number, nothing. When I ask for the refund they just ignore me. I will never recommend this service to anyone!

They are not legal, they don't send in 5 days and there is no invoice, so no warranty at all.

The articles are opened and looked like if you buy second hand.

Take care with these guys.

Terrible company, do not buy from them. I sent a camera back to them for repair, it never returned to me and they do not reimburse it., All my savings has been lost to this scam company. Do not support them in any way even though they might seem cheep. It is a scam.

My name is Francisco Javier Rodríguez Fernández and I bought through the website of rhinocamera a Canon EOS 6D (WG) camera + Free Battery (Black Friday), for which I paid the amount of 929,00 euros. The order number of this purchase issued by the company was 759433. I am currently without the camera and without the 929.00 euros I paid for it, so I sincerely recommend that you do not buy from rhinocamera if you can avoid it. I had to sue the company and although the Court has agreed with me and I have the sentence that the lawyers are now trying to enforce (Verbal Trial 191/2019 followed by the Court of First Instance and Instruction of Valdés), Rhinocamera has avoided being notified throughout the procedure, both in Spain and at its address in Gibraltar (an address that has now mysteriously disappeared from its website). Please be very careful with this company because it is not responsible for its goods nor its actions. Do not trust it. In my case Rhinocamera has kept the camera for which I paid no more and no less than 929.00 euros, as well as my money, and it avoids any notification so that it cannot be claimed for its actions. My sincere recommendation is that you do not buy anything from this company.

What a nonsense website Very rude customerservice, threats made by Them if i would cancel my order..
No money back and no camera.
Finally Received The camera without accessoires.
Please keep in mind this site is and IT s people are fakes.
As long as you keep schtum and your mouth shut they will treat you Nice.

Wrong câmera model sent on first package. Rhinocamera refuses to use their DHL account to return the wrong câmera. Câmera returned and Rhinocamera only payed half oficial the post value Very bad comunicativo. The portuguese representative, speaks like a Google translator. Thanks God the câmera esse ok on the second delivery.

Fiz a encomenda para ser urgente e só ao final de oito dias depois de muito insistir é que me dizem que houve engano... desculpem mas lago está a funcionar muito mal, sinto que é uma loja que já não vou aconselhar a ninguém, as respostas são muito demoradas para um cliente que faz uma compra online, não de justifica a demora!

I had some doubts with some products soo I mail them, it was a very quick and clear response. I bought my products and received them in good conditions and in a reasonable time. My overall experience was very good, and I will buy again.

In global was a very good experience, the timings and information about preparation/stages/sending for a first time client can be improved; there are lots of fake on-line shops, paying quite a big amount of money needs a system feedback that can say 'hello, your goods are in movement from here to there'.

Despite the ordered express delivery (promised 48h) order arrived on the day 14 after payment. Rhinocamera manager had always been in touch, and aside of a bit of confusion about the reason of delay everything went fine. 3kg Sigma sports lens arrived in perfect condition, well packed, no issues. Thanks for your service, Rhinocamera!

Fiz a minha encomenda e disseram que demorava 5 dias uteis a entregar ,recebi a encomenda no prazo e veio tudo direitinho como pedi,voltarei a comprar.no tempo de espera mandei 2 emails e responderam logo no dia seguinte. Obrigado pelo serviço

Delivery process had 15 days (expected 5-8) and no tracking during delivery what made things difficult! Next order prepared to reserve time! ;) Waiting mirroless Nikon lenses new latest models for sales!

The normal price for some of the products ends up being just slightly lower than good name stores (i.e. MediaMarkt, Saturn, Fnac, etc) and these stores usually have camera equippement on sale which makes their prices lower than RhinoCamera's prices. I contacted the costumer support to know if I could get a price match with such stores, however the store declined because the other stores doesn't offer the waranty for free despite the extra waranty + equipment price being lower than RhinoCamera's price. RhinoCamera won't give you an invoice for taxes purposes, which means you are technically paying around 20% extra as your are not paying VAT to anyone. Another issue I came accross was that the equipment images in RhinoCamera's website are incorrect. For example, the product Canon EOS 250D displays an image of a IS kit lens however the product page lists a "MK III" lens, people that don't have much knowledge of the differences will be induced in error (just like how it happened with me) and this makes the advertisement of this store's products very misleading. Finally, you shouldn't expect getting a manufactor waranty by buying products from RhinoCamera. I bought a Canon EOS 250D and I didn't get the lens I thought I would (due to the misleading product image) and the camera itself doesn't have a proper Serial Number, the box's and camera sticker SN are different and neither are valid when adding such numbers to the Canon warranty page. So after all, you will have to rely on RhinoCamera's warranty. I don't recommend buying for this website if you are looking after something "serious" as you don't get an official invoice for taxes purposes and a proper manufactor warranty. You should carefully review the product page to check if you will really get what you want and probably you should contact RhinoCamera's customer support to make sure of what you are buying.
