Very professional service by the driver of our coach. He explained everything regarding pick up time and place. It was our first time travelling with Richmonds so we were very pleased with our trip.

When booking the event was sold out, I was told they would try and get tickets and let me know, as someone else wanted tickets.I had to ring back twice on different days, to find out if I had tickets,the second time I was told yes they could get tickets. Thank you.

The coach was on time and was very good and helpful but l was very disappointed there could have been more Christmas stalls it is a charity based and that could have boosted the funds but it was very good meal was hot and the entertainment was good so thank you

The driver was absolutely brilliant and so welcoming, but we left to go to Olympia far too late for a Friday, the traffic in Royston, A1 and London was really busy!! We didn’t have no time to shop before the performance started, which is one of the reasons horsey people go to Olympia we needed to be on the coach at least by 1.30pm to enjoy abit of shopping ????

We have used Richmond's for holidays, day trips etc. Also we are involved with Sawston U3A who use Richmond's for their trips and visits. As always everything works like clockwork. Well recommended everytime. Thank-you

I booked three tickets one for myself and two friends. The lady on the phone was very helpful in organising where we were all getting on as there was a change of bus stop in Bishops Stortford. Also as there seemed there was going to be two buses I was told about this as we wanted to travel on same coach. Paperwork was updated each time.

Xmas Market daytrip out, upon arriving at the coach I was told that the Xmas market was cancelled, it transpired this was known several weeks earlier with a few people on the coach having been phoned and told. Most of the coach had no idea (including me) and were not happy.

Easy to book, prompt pick up, polite driver, comfortable coach. I have travelled with this company on many previous occasions and always recommend to my friends and family.

This was my first trip in many years so I am unable to give an opinion except to say that the coach was a pleasure to travel in with loads of leg room.

We were picked up in Sawston by an excellent driver, the clean and comfortable coach, arrived at all venues on time and driver explained everything we needed to know, meal and service were good, the show was great, Thank you we will be looking to book something in the future i hope.

RICHMONDS are a fantastic coach firm who provide excellent customer service, excellent local pick up/drop off points, excellent choice of various day trips, excellent comfortable clean coaches, excellent price range for brilliant seating for theatre trips. They have always been reliable, friendly and efficient.

Booking is easy and pleasant, I have recommended them to several friends who themselves have made bookings, and there are trips/outings already booked for next year including a 6 day holiday, and I would think in the coming year a few more might be added.

I booked extremely early to ensure we could reserved six seats together on the coach. The acknowledgement of the booking I received confirmed this but I noticed that the pick-up points were incorrect.
The confirmation which followed contained the correct pick-up points but unfortunately, the seats we were given split our party up. Disappointing.

exellent throughout even though as of past trips the coach seating plan on line could be simplified. we are never worried where we sit but I suppose some fussy people do

This was one of many day trips I have enjoyed with Richmond's. All have have gone smoothly, with on-time pick-ups, and comfortable journey

The only slight hiccups were due to traffic volumes causing delays, notably at the Dartford Tunnel. This is, of course,.in no way the fault of the company, and must be just as frustrating for the driver as it is for passengers.

The trip was brilliant
Booking was so easy and navigating the websit to find exactly where we wanted to go simple
The Coach was on time and it was a lovely comfortable coach we had a reserved seat so were able to sit down and relax straight away, it was lovely to be able to not have to worry about he traffic and just sit and chat
The driver explained everything to us about the journey and drop off and pick up, we arrived on time and had enough time in Rochester to enjoy the Dickenson Christmas market and Parade, pick up was also on time and we arrived back in Stevenage at 7.30 after having a lovely day.
