Your site was so easy to navigate and I was able to find the Chemex coffee maker for a college graduation gift for a graduate that LOVES this brand and no one else had one...even the manufacturer was sold out! Thank you for making our gift one his favorites!

Your website said my product, the encore grinder was in stock and shipping. I confirmed the type of shipping you use and expected my product to arrive in three days. It was not until after I completed the order that I was notified you are not even open!!! I do not know when I will receive my order! Your product listing and website were misleading. I would like to cancel my order.

The action buttons (I.e. “submit”) are too light. To me, light buttons in an interface means that they are not ready to be clicked yet. Other web sites often use this feature to demonstrate that you can’t submit an order until all the necessary information is entered. Then the submit button becomes more bold when the information is given. This website, the submit button never looked ready to press. Not a big deal, but was a less intuitive experience than it could have been in my opinion.

Smooth, easy to navigate. Love it! Customer service ROCKS!!!!! I wish I had a name to mention and give the proper credit to, but I don't know who took great care in getting the order to me. It was a plus!

I received my item (May 2020, so there was really no expectation for getting it in a "timely manner," whatever that used to mean). The box had a few holes in it from the delivery and inside the box the coffee was spilling out. As the beans are enclosed and shipped in very thin plastic bags there is little chance for it to stay intact if the box gets damaged at all. However, despite the tear in the coffee bag there were only a dozen or so beans lying around the box (who knows how many fell out but based on what was in the box I don't think it could have been many). I recommend better packaging so there isn't a total disaster for someone down the road, but that's only the preventative person in me talking. I don't care for the presentation of the beans so much as I'm just happy to have new green beans to roast!

Perfectly honest.... I found what I was looking for at two other online sites, and emailed all three to verify they had the item in stock. Roastmasters emailed me back with an hour or so and confirmed. The process was simple and so far the customer support beats the competition.

Good selection of coffee from different regions. Also ordered the Gene Cafe roaster. I am very satisfied. I've roasted a few batches so far and I'm very pleased at how easy it is to operate. It's also fairly quiet.

I have always had excellent service, selection and product from Roastmasters. I appreciate the information that accompanies each bean and the ease of navigating the website. This is the best I’ve found so far in the 3 years I’ve been home roasting my beans. Thank you!

The bags included in the shipment were in the middle on the top. When I opened the package I sliced 2 or 3 of the bags. A piece of cardboard inside the box on top might have averted that. I'll have to be more careful when opening the packages.

I always get my coffee filters for my French press at roastmasters. The service is good. I I wish the product description were a little bit better. There are small, large and extra large. The large description just says coffee filters and I always have to look at the other descriptions to be sure I am getting the correct size.

It seems you no longer carry the French Press 25 filter pack for $5.50. It was confusing because I had just ordered it in April and I couldn't find them. I almost ordered the small size. Glad I figured it out. I love these filters.

Caffi filter description was not clear, I could not see wording that assured me the size I chose was large and not small or extra large. Changing the quantity from 2 to 1 and recalculating shipping was not smooth. Processing after hitting "place order" felt a bit slow.

Very easy online ordering system with informative descriptions of various coffee varieties. Packaging of green beans In heavy duty zip lock style bags Very nice. Also appreciated the roasting notes included with each variety. Overall easy ordering process and received order as requested earlier than expected.

Very good. I appreciate reading the details on the coffee's characteristics and roasting profiles and tasting notes, as well as specific info on the particular farms/growers. Also, especially like it when I find comments relating to the Behmor roaster which I find on occasion. Thanks.

Just received my coffee roaster, roasted 5 lbs today, worked great, I lost one roast because I didn't pay attention to the safety feature installed on this machine, my error, I roasted a lb at a time and had no problems.
