Fantastic service, had my delivery and unfortunately there were a few items missing, so I called customer services, and after checking a few things the lady I spoke to was more than happy to help, she guaranteed I would receive the items I was missing, and low and behold within 3 days my missing items had arrived completing, my set, I have bought several items from the Robert Welch Collection and find they are of beautiful quality, I’m looking forward to choosing which items to add to my sets, knowing I can purchase with confidence.

I ordered and the delivery arrived the following week, exceptionally quick as i live in Australia. I was very impressed with the speed of the delivery.

I ordered directly from Robert Welch a was so surprised when they said it would come in just over a week, to the US and in the middle of covid-19. (I placed a small order the same day from an american company, and it still hasn’t arrived yet! :-)

We ordered some flatware to replace lost pieces from our pattern that we bought over 14 years ago. While we were thrilled that the pattern was still available, the finish we had originally bought is different from the one they have available now. Shipping was very fast and the items are beautiful, we did have an issue with the size spoons that came with our set. We realize that we now need to order the spoons to go with the new set as I did not pay attention to the specs of what we were getting. Now that we would need to pay for international shipping to the US for such a small order it is not in our budget after making our most recent purchase. Since the finish is different from our original set, we also need to replace our dish soap and dishwasher detergent to one without citrus so that we do not damage the shine. Small things, but tedious nonetheless. We ordered our new set to have in time for guests arriving this weekend, but will have to make do with the old set for now.
