I love playing ROBLOX. It is a fun place to learn and hang out with your friends in a friendly, safe environment. This game has no viruses at all, it is extremely safe. Nobody ever has had a virus from "roblox.com". Trust me, I recommend playing this great game, and have fun with the ROBLOX community.

If I can rate this a zero, I would! Roblox is a scammer! In March, I subscribed to their 450 robux a month and guess what? I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED NOT 1 ROBUX!!! I emailed customer service to see what's going on. They tell me to send them receipts and date of purchases and they tell me to do that in every email. Then when I tell them to just give me my robux, they tell me to go to my iTunes and they'll give it to me. Bull $#*!ing $#*!!!! No more Roblux 4 me

My daughter played this game for just over 2 years. There was a random $200 charge on the account, which the bank resolved thankfully. Instead of Roblox freezing the account and resolving the issue they merely deleted her account without any contact or resolution. 2 days after her account was cancelled they still withdrew $20 monthly subscription fee and refused to refund it. The customer support is awful and they treat you like they are superior to you. I can't wait to visit your headquarters. Happy to provide the emails and proof of all of this.

When I opened up studio to create a new game, and then after hours and hours, when I tested the game, it crashed and then I closed it, then the auto recovery thing was there, and I started working on it again, then when I tested the game again, it crashed, I closed it then reopened studio and there was no auto recovery file, I spent hours on that game, only for it to be deleted. Roblox sucks so bad I'm switching to Minecraft now.

i really enjoy ROBLOX it's an amazing game that I've been addicted to but, I'm a little disappointed that you can ONLY trade if you have Premium, and honestly i feel a little upset about it because there are some things i spent my robux on loving it at the start but after a while i just wanted to trade it for something else because there were a ton of things i wanted and a lot of things i didn't wear in my inventory, but besides from that ROBLOX is an amazing game!

This is a horrible game/site. Twice now they have stolen money from my child's account just after posting money on her account within 12 hours she was locked out. Obviously we tried "forgot password" and received no email for changing password (yes our email was attached to the account) I have reached out to Roblox on several platforms with NO RESPONSE. We will never be on this game again and parents please be aware as I have spoke with other parents who have voiced the same issue. Don't allow them to steal your money.

Its really fun and I made friends on roblox! But you have to look out of oder games,bullies,and scams.If a parent is reading this,Please watch your child play. And ONLY get robux cards from Amazon or eBay.

Hi I bought a 30,000 robux item that is $300 I got double traded scammed that is a type of scam. I emailed support they took days to respond and they would not give me my item back. I knew it was my fault but they should at least care about their customers. I mean it's $300 that is a big chunk of change I showed them enough evidence. But then I realized that if your account gets compromised you get your items back, total bull$#*!. Then I reported the guy who scammed me 7 times and nothing he still has all his scammed items and everything. $#*! you roblox

Absolutely appalling customer service, they do not care and do not deal with issues just take your money. Reading the reviews since I am shocked people actually use this game let alone spend money. Wish I had read the reviews before allowing my 11 year old on here, she thought she was purchasing items through a gift card I had added to her account, I then get hit with a £270 phone bill for purchases. Tried to sort through customer support they do not care one bit and will not help. Nothing more than an utter rip off, shame on them ,

I put 1 star to get haters attention. Listen up. When things happen on roblox, that you don't want to happen to your child, suppose online dating, or scamming, hacking, or bullying, why blame it on roblox? Roblox has millions of users. You parents think they can monitor each and every one? Sure, they aren't perfect, and can be corrupt. But compare them to other companies, suppose apple. They aren't much better! Everything that happens in roblox is simply the people. I'm gonna be honest. They do what they can. It's life. Nothing will be perfect.

Roblox still couldnt make a 100% fix to their crashes. They got rid of tix as well. If that isnt enough to shock you roblox has a bunch of games that don't sound or look kid friendly i have experienced this behavior being allowed on roblox. the chat is broken. There is porn on roblox. Online dating as well. Violence is another thing wrong. Has a lot of good games for children but is unstable and unplayable. All the time i wasted i could have spent money on a coke at mcdonalds i think it would have probably provided more enjoyment. Also people get banned or terminated for unfair reasons. Report button barely works. The upgrades dont do $#*!. Robux is too expensive. Parents save yourselves the money make your kids go outside and build a statue out of bricks its more safer for them than with this p.o.s pros:Games are addicting You can run underwater Cons:Unfair bans No second chances A marathon of crashing Inappropriate or disgusting content Online daters You can run or walk underwater Easy to flip your car Scams Pedophiles Too addicting Full of games that make no sense Needing to buy robux at expensive prices to buy stuff Chat is broken Disgusting community A lot of other bad stuff My conclusion:Its too early to call it a good game

My daughter forgot her password. I emailed the support center many times and also left numerous voice calls. It's been over 4 days and all I received was an email stating that they would contact me within 48 hours.

i love playin roblox! there are a lot of fun games! only some people like get scammed from free robux games BUT! Its not Roblox's fault its the hacker's fault (aka the free robux game creator)! only some people online date, bully, and other violent things because they dont care about roblox's terms of service. and some people say that its so hard to make a t-shirt then well... just watch yt vids how! until you understand! No need to hate roblox! Roblox is kid-friendly. Thanks for understanding! :D

Roblox is a kid friendly game but watch out for online daters because well in the first to use some facts about Roblox you start off as a noob people might believe you though but then at the same time you are a Lego you can dress your character for free you do not need Robux to buy it sometimes you might run into online daters report them if you can report any bad content and have a nice day playing Roblox

I'd say it is good. The report system is broken. Let me show you some simple steps: 1. The report is sent 2. The report is ignored after 5 seconds 3. They have a desicion to delete the user or not AND the tagging system When I say something like: GO COMMIT DIE It gets hashtaged. Also my favourite game is Terminal Railways. Used to like this game a lot but roblox started removing a lot of features that I enjoyed and games on roblox just seem to get boring after playing for a while (I mainly play fps's so I maybe that's why) still a good game, just wish it was more like the old roblox and if it was more teen related rather than making it very kid-friendly.

OK you might be thinking why I put it a four star. I know you guys are angrybecause you spent a lot of money in the game but ended up getting scammed or hacked. And there's also sexual games that parents don't want their kids to see. The point is... it will s not roblox fault to make sexual games. It is the developers who make this games. Roblox actually took initiative to banned this games. For roblox, the appropriate age is when your finishing middle school or high school.

I have been playing Roblox for 4 years I was getting stressed A LOT when in 2019 and this year but I never gave up I till this day I'm happy and Roblox is super fun. mostly don't listen to "Robux scams" they're very normal to happen however DO NOT NEVER go to websites that give "free Robux" all they want is to steal your account and put maybe some stuff that private so never click on them or anything if someone tells you to go don't Roblox bots are truly the evil side and when your child is 8 maybe give them a Robux gift card or something it will cheer them up

Over the weekend I got $19.99 charge on my credit card... I have used the online form twice but no response back from Roblox... I have called the number provided and left a message twice... No response... I have never had an account.. I did not authorize the transaction... Guess I'll have to let my credit card company handle it since Roblox doesn't seem to care a crime was committed on their service...
