Bought 2 larger and 1 smaller heater, pleased with them all, leave smaller one on constant to keep upstairs aired, cheap, smart looking, efficient

We have brought Rointe heaters before and have them installed for over 7 years. We needed an additional one and didn’t hesitate to buy the latest version. Would highly recommend and we love the new improvements!

I purchased through Yess of Brighton, I am installing in a new conversion that will be
sold on completion so won't have the pleasure of using them, but I will pass on the paperwork
to the new owners. The radiators look great and were easy to install.

I contacted Rointe as the installation instructions weren't that clear (I had the old version apparently) anyway called the helpline and got it going in minutes. He sent the new instructions by email so. Very happy overall.

I reported a faulty radiator via e-mail early March. Email correspondence with Rointe Customer Services was friendly, very helpful and reassuring. The radiator was still under guarantee and a replacement radiator was received 17 March 2020. Lockdown happened before I was able to organize an electrician to install the replacement radiator. I was assured there was no rush. I have now had the replacement installed. 5star rating covers all aspects of my dealings with Rointe, from first contact through to now.

Really smart and efficient heated towel rail put in my flat last Friday morning. Thankyou for this product.
So pleased with it.
Easy to operate and after 5 years of a freezing bathroom, I am well happy!
the product reference number ends with my initials. Gotta be stunning then x.

Bought the heater with remote set up, took several attempts to set up each heater but once set up can control remotely, not yet figured out how to set the timer nor has my friend who also has them so not ideal but heaters work well and look so much better than old storage heaters, time will tell whether they cost less to run

I only bought the Rointe Heaters from our local electrical supplier, and got our electrician to install them. The only problem we found, and friends found the same, the manuel is not easy to understand and follow. So we set the units at the required temperature and leave them on. So far we had no problems.

We purchased 2 radiators for our sons bedrooms as we live in an old house and their bedrooms were really cold in the winter. We switch their radiators on at night and it keeps their bedrooms at a comfortable temperature all night which means they sleep better! Great!

The heater was ordered through YESS and as it was the oyster colour they said it would be four weeks or so for delivery.However, six weeks had passed and I had heard nothing regarding my order. An opportunity arose just after to call in past the store to check on the order and they told me they had no contact information for me ,although I’m sure I provided that during the order. Anyway the heaters had been in store for three weeks or so , so I could have had these installed and working much sooner. Not RIonte’s fault . I was able to get the heaters there and then, obviously little disappointed on the delay.
