I love the Roli Block-M(1)The feel n touch of the pad.Totally different from all my different kind n brand of midi Controller(I am a drummer,so Finger-drumming are the main reason I bought midi pad controller.I use it for live or studio work).(2)The compact size that very easy to bring it around(3)so far,I don't have any problem.I will continue use it and show it to other players(drummers,Percussionist,keyboard players etc).

I am the Keyboardist and DJ for the legendary pioneers of Hip Hop, The Sugarhill Gang. I also have Erbs Palsy with only the use of one-hand and was in search for a keyboard that would adjust to my "touch" and feel". I got the ROLI Seaboard Block and Lightpad and was blown away, however I needed to apply "pitch-bend" to my "after-touch" "pressure". I contacted Elizabeth from your Brooklyn, NY office, who moved immediately and sent me the parameters to tweak which enabled to do what I also wanted to do with a keyboard. Elizabeth also put me in touch with Brian Bonz, Artist Relations, also from your Brooklyn office, who has helped me tremendously prepare for my up-coming Singapore Tour with tips and solutions. I had the pleasure of visiting your Brooklyn office to meet with Brian and staff to discuss upgrades and thank them for their excellent service. The absolute best in customer service....I love ROLI

The RISE 49 is wonderful, and I really like both Equator and the Mobile/Ipad apps espeially with the SWAM instruments, but a better android support and possibility to play the same purchased instruments in all my devices (PC/VST, Android, iOS) would be very nice, maybe that would make it possible to have polyphony for the SWAM instruments as well? I would also like to have the Dashboard app with update/reset possibilities in the mobile devices as well!

I had to buy my Seaboard Rise in the UK as it isn't sold here in South Africa. It was worth every penny-I'm still blown away every time I play it. I would love there to be more official Roli tutorials online (Youtube videos in particular), specifically with regards to Equator.

I haven't needed actual Service on any devices to this point, but Roli's support has been excellent. Any questions I've had have been answered promptly.

I bought a Roli Rise secondhand, was in excellent condition, however the c sharp on the second octave was working erratically. I contacted Roli to see if they would help me in repairing the rise 49. To my surprise, they asked me to send it back to them where they would replace it at no cost to me. Two weeks later after sending, I received a brand new, never opened roli rise in a retail box. I am in utter shock just how professional and understanding the company was and I applaud them for the finest customer service experience I've ever had. Roli took responsibility for a manufacturing defect, where other companies would have made excuses. They stand 100% behind their products, and I love them even more. Thank you so much Roli! Wish other manufacturers out there understood what customer service really means, like Roli does. Very satisfied, and would never even think twice about buying anything else from them!!

I purchased one of the first seaboard blocks. It had a hardware failure almost immediately which was really disappointing. I spent the next 4 weeks trying to go through Roli support and still never got a resolution. My seaboard is still broken, and I haven’t heard from the support team in months. I’m really bummed about the quality of the product (how quickly it failed) and the slow support experience. Is there anything you can do to replace my seaboard?

While I like the keyboard and have managed to get it to work as a stand alone unit, I have yet to be able to record any music because it is not possible to hook up analog outs on the keyboard, and even using older versions of Dashboard, Equator, and Strobe 2 did not show in my plugins folder within Protools 10 even though the computer is 64bit. The tech support was able to identify that this was the issue but offered no go around except upgrading my computer and processing software.

I've had many dealings with customer service in the last three years. Generally, although there is a sometimes a pretense of wanting to be helpful, the ultimate attitude is to be dismissive. A few times I've been completely ignored altogether, with no response of any kind. This may be because I'm not representative of their mainstream customer and am therefore not considered at all important. This is my ongoing perception anyway.

ROLI have still not solved the reason that ROLI Studio Player will not launch on my PC

Roli technology allows a simple touch to give a vivid expressiveness to a musical work ... a huge amount of software under the ios shell with MIDI MPE support ... deep controller settings that allow you to embed it in almost any software or hardware setup ... exceptional support from the manufacturer and an uncountable amount of training and clarifying content ... minimum bluetooth delay ... today all this makes Roli the leader of adaptive USB MIDI controllers. Roli is an instrument-emotion ... Among the huge number of advantages, Roli technology has one minus for professional pianists, since Roli game technique is very different from the classic one, so you have to spend time adapting to the new game technique. I am sure that anyone who buys Roli will find for himself many new pleasant nuances, allowing him to make the music more emotional and authentic.

I had a bad/weak keywave on my first Roli Rise 49. Had no problems replacing it through authorized purchase/warranty. Second one developed a glitch in the 3 expression slider controls and once again the warranty was covered. Haven't had any issues for almost 2 years and with the second replacement they credited my account with some additional Noise sound packs. Great customer service.

Two successive Rise 49s both developed same defect in usb/midi output. I have been waiting for 3 days for service to send me return label and instructions for returning the second unit, with no reply today via chat or email. I need a functional unit, and I’m stuck waiting for service to get back to me.

Have now given up on these products, after having three failed attempts with the rise 49, I bought a used rise 25. This also has the same poor build quality and the usb connector failed. I returned this to Cex and got a refund.

It is a great shame as I live the idea of these devices but they have proved to be so unreliable which is unacceptable as they are not cheap.

Ironically the cheap Roli block keyboard is fine

I love how easy Roli makes it to connect your hardware to garageband & others DAW's it's literally perfect for starting out if you're a beginning musician. They make it very clear what steps you need to take to get your Songmaker Kit working. The ONLY complaint I have, is that Roli needs to make it more clear how to register your product as a kit. Because I had a problem with this when I got my Songmaker Kit. I thought you were supposed to register each block individually. But after having some issues & reaching out to customer support, they quickly helped me register my kit properly. So great customer support too! Please do your best to fix this issue haha. Other than that, AMAZING work guys! Thanks so much for making it easy for people to start creating music.

Well I haven't really interacted with the ROLI customer support or really any of their services however based on the activity on their forums and the product I'm using (Seaboard Rise 49) i'll give 5 stars.

La mia seaboard è fantastica, ci passo le ore a cercare melodie sempre diverse, la usa con equator e roli dashboard perchè l'alto noise non è compatibile con praticamente tutti i dispositivi Android. Se la Roli espanderà noise ad altri dispositivi metterò 5 stelle
