I've had a few bad experiences with recruitment companies in the past but Ronald James was a different class. Sarah always called when she would and made sure I had any questions answered before my interview. Really fantastic experience all around and because of Sarah and Ronald James, I've managed to make a career switch I thought wasn't possible.

My recruiter, Beth, was very attentive and helped me secure a position with the perks and salary that I was very happy to be offered.

She made the entire process very easy, and continually acted in my best interests throughout the recruitment.

9/10 I deal with recruiters who contact me with the best roles they’ve got and can tell they’re chasing the commission but Bethany did her due diligence on every role before presenting it to me and almost got me the perfect role if it had not been for budget issues.

I will no doubt return and ask Beth for help when I’m considering my next role .

I was approached by Dan about a couple of positions at some great companies with excellent opportunities so I went through the process of discussions with the companies and quickly found myself with a couple of job offers. I find that this is the point when recruiters can typically make a bad name for themselves by being overly pushy and persistent for you to take an offer, but my experience of Dan was anything but that.

Dan understood my conflicting situation and I ultimately decided that it wasn't the right time for me to move to a new company. Dan was completely supportive of this decision, stating that I should only move if I felt it was the right time for me to do so, which assured me that he didn't just have the clients interest at heart, but also my own, which was a breath of fresh air.

Dan is definitely someone I would get in touch with in the future as my experience with him has gave me the confidence that he isn't just a one-sided recruiter working for just the client; he's a strong advocate for the talent that he places and will always do his best by them to ensure that it is the right move for them.

Second new role I have successfully got with the help of Dan from Ronal James. I felt Dan really understood my strengths and interests to match me companies that I would fit in. All the roles I interviewed with would be great opportunities, but with his help I have succeed in moving to my favourite new role with a generous salary increase.
