Great service,could've had the delivery next day but I needed it the day after which was no problem. Arrived well packaged/wrapped considering it was such a bulky order.
Only criticism (which may have nothing to do with Roofinglines) when delivery arrived there was no way of removing the pallet from the wagon,I had to manually lift 36 lengths of cladding. The driver wasn't allowed to help, had it been anyone else at home waiting to receive delivery it would've been returned to the depot.
Not ideal considering delivery cost £120.00!!

The driver with the long packege delivered to the wrong address he took it to number 3 lynwood grove the lady siged with her name not my wifes he must have taken it off the deliver not witch coused you to belleve my fife sined for it the naborugh came and said he dillived as she was leaving to go to doctors and did not see the mistake till later

There was an initial problem with the product I ordered and received where I’d ordered and purchased 6 x packs of 21 tiles/shingles with each pack covering 3m2 when Roofinglines actually delivered 6 x packs of 14 tiles/shingles with each pack covering 2m2, however after contracting the customer service they quickly rectified this arranging a next day delivery of the correct order, other than causing a delay in proceeding with the job in hand the product and after sales service were very good, I’d buy products from them in the future and would recommend the company/product to others.

Very good prices and fast delivery, unfortunately one the main items was wrong on delivery, but in fairness they responded promptly and sent the right item the next day, so would definitely order from them again and recommend

Took two weeks for delivery from ordering, couldn’t get hold of customer service and no one rang me back! The only good things were the price and the fact that they replaced the damaged in transit item.. I should have ordered elsewhere.

I ordered 6 off Marley Modern Ridge Tiles. When the tiles arrived, by courier, i opened the cardboard box, only to find that they were all broken.
I contacted Roofinglines, by phone call. Sarah Cunningham was very helpful, and arranged a new delivery, for the next working day; and, using a different courier (Palletways). We shall see if these arrive intact?
To summarise, Roofinglines were they cheapest for the delivery, and their customer service was very good. Just let down by, what i would consider, poor packaging.

The ordering was easy however the estimated delivery of Thursday didn't arrive until the following Tuesday and this caused a delay to the job

I ordered some tiles that were dispatched promptly however unfortunately suffered damage in transit meaning they had to be returned restacked and resent, causing a week delay in the middle of tiling a roof for a customer, which wasn’t ideal! This was my first order with Roofinglines and I didn’t know what to expect with service. I have got to say, that Sarah particularly, was outstanding at keeping me informed and sorting everything out. I don’t think I’ve ever had someone be so proactive in customer service, meaning that myself and the client, although disappointed, always knew what was happening and were as happy as we could be with progress. My client really appreciated the goodwill gesture of 67 tiles(as some were broken on delivery 2nd time) and I’ll definitely be using again. Things happen, but it’s how you deal with it that counts. Sarah was amazing at ensuring you didn’t lose a customer and actually turned a negative into a positive as I’ve already told some fellow tradesmen about your service, particularly in these challenging times. Nice one

Charged £30 for delivery of £2.99 nails ☹️. Delivery of shingles arrived with wrong size pallet truck so I had to unload items individually by hand ☹️

I placed the order based on the claims “Next Day Delivery”, paying £10 for the service, on a Thursday to complete the roof job on the Saturday, however that never transpired and it was delivered four days after the order was placed costing both time and money to my business. No explanation just an email to say it was going to be late delivery.

Ordered 7 rolls of roofing felt on Wednesday at 11.30 am and they arrived on Thursday at 3.30 pm . We live in Beauly by Inverness, Highland WOW
