Material of blouse in picture does not look like what I received. Cheap and see through. Unhappy with return policy. They made a mistake of selling me a cheap see through blouse for $30, then charged me $10 to return it. One out of 3 tops that I ordered was acceptable to wear.

Please know that you are dealing with a Chinese company. They are scammers. I ordered 2 bathing suits in May. Do yourself a favor and file a complaint with your credit card company. I have done this today with all of my emails of trying to get refund.

Purchased three blouses, which was delivered faster than time they said. Sizes were wrong and very poor Quality. Requested a return and was sent a label. Received an email stating the blouses were stained, which is not correct. Responded to email to let them know , that when they were shipped there was no stains at all on any of them. It has been a month and have not received an email nor my refund. I should have went with my gut and not ordered from this Company. Very disappointed.

Ordered swimsuit, using PayPal. I attempted contacting both when item was not received after several months. Got the rub-a-round from both. “Too bad; so sad”. Item not received after 5 mo; no refund from PayPal. BAD BUSINESSES-DO NOT USE!!!!

Terrible quality of the tops, feels like wearing plastic although the photos look so promising! I returned them instantly, paid for the return shipping and although they have received everything and have promised 14 times ever since I have been in the live-chats with them (over a span of three months now) they would return the money within days. Nothing has ever posted on my card, so I have filed a dispute now.

I ordered a grey and black mens bathing suit and after about 2 months of using it, I noticed the color started to change to a red tint. I contacted customer support. They responded that it's been over the 90 day return policy and would not help. Well it took 30 days of the 90 to receive the item. Poor customer service. They just don't back up there pruducts.

horrible company - sent back top that was too big - never worn -perfect condition - they tell me it was damaged - you can tell by how they "talk" on website they are in China - they offered be part of my money only!! I took it because I knew they would not return the full amount - never again!

sadly i had to give a rating of at least 1 to post review. a negative 5 stars would be more accurate rating. VERY low quality products. ordered a dress that started to fray within 3 hours of wearing it to work. I asked for a return, recieved label and shipped same day item was recieved within a few days back ti company. they said they could not give return (full nor partial) due to the un new condition item was recieved back - ummmmm of course cause the quality (or lack of) material. Another item was canceled on their part due to be out of stock - i paid $40 for the item they only refunded $18.17 WHAT THE HECK! no explaination for why a partial refund for an item not even shipped on behalf of not being in stock

Sadly, I had to give a rating of at least 1 to post review. a negative 5 stars would be more accurate rating. All I can say is this company is a scam. First their sizing has something left to be desired. I sent back 2 of the 3 shirts I ordered and altered the 3rd one. I’m still trying after a month and a ½ to receive a refund. They never sent me notification that the order was being processed so I mistakenly ordered the same items a 2nd time. When I received the 1st order, I refused the second and they still haven’t given me the refund on that one either. I have talked to customer service (only on Chat of course) 4 or 5 times and keep getting the run around. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Sadly their styles are very nice. The true downfall is the product is cheaply made! Cheap material. Very cheap feel. In one word ‘yuck’. Feels as cheap as it looks! True improving your material. Dollar store clothings. Way overpriced.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!Their return policy is madness. I don't know how they stay in business. I recieved damaged item and they want me to take a picture of it so they can determine what? I have been waiting their mandatory 48 hours for a return label..........unbelievable. There is no customer service number only chat or email! Not quality items either.

Ordered from company did receive merchandise. Returned items paid for the return myself with proof of delivery from USPS. Never received a refund they just kept asking the same four questions over and over even when I would respond each time with all the information from the 4 question they would ask. They would not process refund. They are a fraud do not use them. Turned them into FTC, Paypal and my credit card company. I encourage anyone doing business with them if they have comitted fraud against you to open a case with the Federal Trade Commission or your State Governor Office and get them banned from doing business here.

I ordered my swimsuit over a month ago and have yet to receive it. Every time I try to track my order it says that tracking information is unavailable. I have asked to cancel my order, and they refuse because it's already shipped out but, yet there is no tracking information. They refused to refund me because of my order already being sent out, and they say I can return it as soon as I get it. Never again will I order from this company. Save your money and time.

Stay away don't buy a thing if it doesn't fit and you return it in original condition they'll tell you it's damaged and keep your money there's no phone number to contact them you can do live chats till you're blue in the face there's nothing but thieves stay away the quality isn't all that either

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I place an order on 4/30 and there has been no update since 5/9. I have contacted them four times and always the same answer "we will encourage our shipping company to ship the product." Biggest line of crap I have ever heard. Buyer beware! This company is not interested in customer satisfaction.

I order a shirt for St. Patricks day back on Jan. 27, 2020, believe me they grab the money that same day. The shirt has not even shipped as of today Feb. 25, 2020. But if you contact their customer service "Losliya" indicates the shirt has already shipped and gave me some bogus tracking number. There is not such tracking number for USPS or UPS or FEDEX Etc. When I asked for a refund, Losliya indicated the shirt had already shipped so they could not refund me my money That was back on Feb. 19th.
