Hey guys new Lightning owner here. I've been out of the performance Ford world for a while now. I used these guys back in 2007 for the parts on my old Mustang and they were great! I know that shortly after that they ran into some trouble and burned many people and many people that are still on this forum. I'd like to say that I am all about helping someone that is trying to turn a business around I know first hand how difficult it is. So after giving them a chance I ordered about $2500 worth of parts for my lightning and 4 days later I had it. The motoblue headers fit perfectly and all the other parts were from other vendors but Frank was super nice and gave me a package deal on all of it.

I recently purchased a Procharger f1 for my mustang, I Decided to call RPM because I will like to get more info regarding the procharger specs. I talked to Gabe who was very helpful. Even after the purchase he was in contact with me, just to be sure that I order the correct part and he explain me some unknown stuff for me.

I havent received the procharger yet because is too early but I will make another review after received the product.

I recently purchased an exhaust system, gauges and a tuner for my truck from RPM. I talked to Gabe who was very helpful both before and after the sale with the products I purchased. I received my orders in 2 days and the prices I received where the best I could find. I've been a gearhead for over 40 years now and they have earned my future business.

I bought a flash ford tuner from this company on 5/31/08. I placed the order and 5 minutes or sooner later, realized I did not need this part. RPM's salesman, Tony, told us that we could just send it back to them and get reimbursed. Now this is not the case. We sent it back to them and only got partial credit and they kept $155.00 for various hidden fees.

I have contacted customer service over and over and yesterday spoke to George Pastran who is a supervisor. He was so rude, he swore at me and then denied it. He told me to call his girlfriend, she will tell me that he doesn't swear (juvenile). He refused to return any of the extra money.

Stay away from this company, I will be calling the Texas attorney general's office today and have contacted the better business bureau.

I originally ordered two parts from this place. I didn't find out they didn't have one of the items in stock until I got half my order in the mail and the invoice said not in stock. They did charge me for the part, which I cancelled. It's been 5 months and I'm still waiting for my refund. They don't answer the phone and they give you a runaround when they do. I'm NEVER buying anything from them again. I'm a military guy and I'm telling EVERYONE I know about my experience with them. They also have a NO REFUND policy and they say they give military guys a discount..good luck with that.

I was shipped the wrong item, I promptly returned the item hoping to receive the correct one. I eventually cancelled my order because they were unable to ship it because it was not in stock. I had to wait over 2 months and send many e-mails before I successfully had my account credited for the cancelled item.

I was charged a cancellation fee even though they did not have the item in stock.

They were unable to help me by phone. All communication was done by e-mail which was very slow moving and many times my e-mails would go unanswered.

I paid $291.93 for an item easily obtainable at any other automotive website.
The day of order I was sent an invoice.
From that day on I have heard absolutely nothing!
I have emailed them 5 times in the past week alone with no replies what so ever!
I want to warn everyone of the ripoff tactics these people employ.
They do not care about you as a customer and are their to rip you off in any way possible.
If you cancel, they want 5% of your money!
If you call them via telephone they forward you to a full voicemail box. It then tells you to send an email to a non-existant email address ([email protected])!
These people are not worthy of your hard earned money, and I honestly hope this helps someone before they place an order with these people.
I have done searches and this place has a load of complaints!
BEWARE, stay away from these people!
The only thing they have going is the cheap prices they offer to suck you in.

Company charged my account the day of the order, and then proceeded to not ship it for 3 weeks despite me following up to determine a shipment date. They kept skirting the question until finally I was provided a USPS # some 24 days after I ordered the product.

The item arrived and it was the wrong kit! Follow up E-mails take a day to respond and they are allowing me to return the item but I am on the hook for shipping charges both ways for their mistake as well as taxes and duty.

Avoid this company, their beligerant attitude towards customers and their shipshod return/exchange policies are just complete bunk, it's a surprise they have lasted as long as they have.

Received a G-Tech for Christmas from wife and kids.I said I did not need this $300.00 item.I went through the proper procedure to return unused in box item.You need RETURN MERCHANDISE FORM.I email the proper site and days later received a letter saying NO to the return.I send another letter and they ignore it.I deal alot with mail order and this is the worst.You can not even disspute it via phone.They ignore any follow up emails.I sent the packaged back insured,return,receipt.It was refused.I just got off the phone with Barbara,she said it is electrical,no returns on it.Basicly no returns on any thing they sell.All sales Final....do business somewhere else.

Ordered product from Canada on Sept. 9 2014 and received item on Sept. 10th 2014. Awesome shipping, great product, RPM even emailed me, i answered back and they replied again. Awesome great communication.

be ware it's a scam...we placed an order for a transmission almost 3 months ago and paid with paypal, few days later we received an email from rpm stating that they want us to send them extra money $750 to cover shipping cost since it's international shipping so we did. We paid a total of $3,550 and for the first month we called countless times to follow up with the order and they would not give us a straight answer, next we contacted the vendor which they claimed they placed our order with and they told us they have no record of anyone placing an order for a transmission from RPM. after 2 months of not receving our order we contacted RPM and spoke to owner George Pastran about cancelling our order. He claimed he had sent a request to paypal to reverse the charges which we found out later through paypal that it was a lie, he also asked us for our bank account and routing # to refund us $775 for that extra shipping cost since we paid cash for that portion, and we haven't seen that money back. After over a month since our request of refund we are still $3550 out and no transmission. I called George Pastran today to follow up and when I identified my self he hung up the phone on me. The business has an F rate with BBB. They have also changed their name to RPM Beta and their new website is www.betarpm.com so be ware because it's the same company. We realize that it might be too late for us to get our money back, but it's not too late for you to save your self from this scam of a company, which after years of having poor satisfaction rate with consumers and filling for bankruptcy last year, they are trying to do business under a differnt name(RPM beta)with a different website address www.betarpm.com. So be ware this is the same company if you deal with RPM Beta YOU ARE dealing with RPM Outlet.
