I am still waiting for it to be delivered, I live in the Czech Republic but I did not guess it would take so long. I can not track the item I purchased so I do not even know if it has left the UK now. I understand that because of the terrible current situation deliveries wil be held up in some places but I have no information.

I buy from them regularly and always get first class service. They also have a better range of sizes for the fuller figure than some other retailers!!!

I didn't receive the package after more than 3 weeks I ordered.
I sent an email last week to ask for the tracking number and I never received an answer.
I understand in there are problems because COVID, but an email to explain the delay it's always useful for the client.

Ordered on a Thursday morning, delivered Friday morning (Standard Delivery) Had to return a couple of items (I can only breathe in so much) and the refund was processed quickly and without hassle. My first port of call when I need some rugby gear, huge selection and have found their customer service second to none. Only ever been a positive experience on my many times using them.

I used use the Lovell rugby for ten years but International shipping cost is cheaper than them.

Excellent, allowing for shipment to Malaysia, under the present circumstances, it was reasonably fast, well packed, am well pleased.

I bought a shirt which went on sale at a reduced price a few days later and Rugbystore refunded me the balance. Very good customer service.

I love the items I can get but the shipping to the US has taken way too long. I ordered my items on the 23rd of March and still haven’t received it.

Considering the Canterbury item was a 4XL size which I felt a little tight, the time taken to receive my return and post out a 3XL Adidas substitute was very quick and efficient.
It is quite staggering the difference in chest size attributed to individual manufacturers.

I bought 'Mizuno Monarcida Neo Select Rugby Boots Chinese Red' as a Xmas present, but then had to return them back as the person who got the present wanted to return them. I paid £52.22 and got back only £35.24 + had to buy £4 postage for returning back. With most of the other stores, you get free delivery for orders over £50 and get free postage for returning back and get the whole refund. In this case, I was told that when I bought them, there was a 20% discount and now it had to be taken off and extra £9.99 for the bag that came free with the delivery. Think twice before ordering with them in case you have to return back as might get 30% - 40% less from what you paid.
